Logement très cosy décoré avec goût avec jardinet en parfait état d’entretien. Les points faibles : le stationnement à cheval sur le trottoir devant pas très pratique ni sécurisé. Escalier d’accès à l’étage raide d’autant que les uniques toilettes sont situées au rez-de-chaussée. Les points forts: la propreté, salle de bains avec lave-linge et sèche-linge, la qualité de communication avec la propriétaire très réactive. Je recommande

La maison de Gauthier est très agréable ,spacieuse ,lumineuse ,calme , décorée avec gout. Beaucoup de rangements et une literie confortable . La commune de Lonvignie est proche de Soignies ou la gare conduit à Bruxelles centre en 30 mn . Nous avons passé un exellent séjour .

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans l’appartement. Un grand merci à notre hôte car l’appartement était dans un état de propreté impeccable. L’emplacement est idéal. Mobilier et électros fonctionnent parfaitement.

Nous avons passé un chouette séjour en famille dans la maison de Joséphine. Joséphine a pris le soin de s’assurer que nous avions tout le confort possible et est restée disponible pour nous tout au long du séjour. Commerce et pharmacie accessible à pied.

Séjour très agréable, chaleureux comme à la maison avec des petites attentions. Proche du métro, bus et supermarché. Super lieu pour se retrouver entre amis après une journée de visite de Lille.

The flat has a lovely layout for one or two. The heating is up to snuff. What an amazing dvd and vhs collection... e.g. twin peaks on vhs, 11 tapes. Great books too, literature in French and English... comic books too -- the belgian experience. Yes, the shower and bathroom were sparkling clean. Washing machine was top-notch, and when I mentioned that I didn't have detergent Christine responded within minutes and provided a cup of it. complete privacy, felt sheltered from the street surprisingly well

We stayed one week in Allison's flat and it was really nice. Everything was clean and organized, and we had a great time. Thanks

Great place to stay, we have 3 kids and we easily fit into the space. Very responsive host and helpful when we had questions about the area. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Brussels!

Excellent accueil. Christian est très sympathique et à l'écoute. Le logement est très propre et bien équipé. Il est bien situé et très calme. Nous y retournerons sûrement. Très bonne expérience.

Я жил в этих аппартаментах больше двух недель. Хозяева квартиры прекрасные и отзывчивые люди, готовые помочь сразу в любой ситуации. На кухне есть все необходимое и больше. Три кастрюли, две сковороды, много посуды. Это квартира не просто для гостя на несколько дней, это настоящая квартира для жизни. До исторического центра пешком 20 минут, рядом с домом много продуктовых магазинов и пекарен. До большого супермаркета 15 минут пешком. Станция метро 1 минута от дома, также есть трамваи и автобусы. До вокзала Брюссель Норд 25 минут пешком. Так же до всех перечисленных мест можно доехать на общественном транспорте. Я тут жил в январе, в квартире очень тепло. Я рекомендую эту квартиру.

We had a wonderful few days in Véronique’s beautiful apartment. It is full of charm and character and was so well appointed so that we really felt it was our home for the stay. Despite the central location it was incredibly peaceful. Véronique was so kind, helpful and friendly: a perfect host.

It was a very cute place to stay. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom and shower were clean. The heaters worked very well too. We were able to cook breakfast in the kitchen every morning. We had a very restful stay. It was a 20mins tram ride to the city centre. We got to see many places and not just the tourist area. We were able to check in way ahead of time and also Johanna allowed us to keep the bags at her place after checking out.

Jeg var i Bruxelles med et par venner og vi nød at være i lejligheden. Der var redt op på sovesofa i stuen som jeg havde ønsket. Der var både opvaskemaskine og vaskemaskine som vi dog ikke gjorde brug af. Der er særskilt toilet hvor alle i lejligheden har adgang men for at komme på badeværelset skal man gennem soveværelset. Det er dog ikke noget problem. Venter bare med bad indtil alle er stået op. Det er en dejlig stor lejlighed der ligger midt i Bruxelles centrum og jeg kommer gerne igen. Vincent var meget flink til at skrive og spurgte flere gange ind til om alt var ok.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Appartement spacieux et lumineux, au calme. Accessible à 20 25 mn à pied du centre ville. Beaucoup de jeux pour enfants : ce qui a été très agréable pour notre fille !
