Peace & Quiet up High-Villa Di Vita

Views forever! An awesome apartment managed by an experienced super host. WiFi, AC in all rooms, & a huge new TV. A few minutes walk to the beach and amenities, but just far enough away from the noise of the main party district! Renting a couple of electric scooters is inexpensive and gives you another level of freedom to explore. As the owners of this property, we look forward to staying often and are hands on with maintenance and cleaning. Jane and I guarantee you will love our place.

This apartment is 128 sq.m. It boasts a secluded balcony, complete with outdoor furniture to seat at least 8-10. It has (Premium) Foxtel, (high-speed) internet, luxurious furniture and everything else you might need. It is directly across the road from the train station/buses. It is directly across the road from the marina (restaurants and bars) and is a 3 minute walk to the town centre. The closest pub - take your pick. There are a few. All within 3 minutes walk.

Beautiful, modern apartment - ideally situated

Our apartment is in a very quiet and safe area, close to shopping, restaurants, dining and nightlife. Beautiful Glenelg Beach beach is reached by a short walk down Jetty Road. Close to the tram that takes you to Adelaide CBD in 25 minutes. You’ll love our place because of the light, the comfy bed, the kitchen, the balcony, the high ceilings, all modern and spacious. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business persons.
