Highly recommend for short and long stays. Pros • Accuracy: Everything is exactly as shown in the pictures • Service: Ashok, the co-host is very helpful and informative. He provided information about not only the Airbnb but also navigating living here (restaurants around here, delivery apps, etc). He is also quick to respond to queries. • Check-in: Simple and easy • Power backup and Wi-Fi are great • Lots of closet space • Bedding is comfortable • Entire place is clean • Home decor is pretty • Elevator/lift is present • Refrigerator is large Cons • Noise: There is construction going on in the building nearby. There is noise throughout the day.

I stayed here for 13 days. It was one of the best accomodation I ever had.The environment around the Residency was too good. The care taker so helpful , reachable even at late nights and friendly. The cleanliness is well maintained. Overall a great stay 🙂.
