Garden block house, first floor bedroom!

Location, Location, Location! House is in the heart of Southwest Center City, in a very safe neighborhood. 10 min. walk to Rittenhouse. Just got renovated. Sleeps 8, 4 bedrooms, 3 double beds and one queen bed. House has 2 full bathrooms, one of them is on the first floor. Please check about pets. There is a charge of $375 as a RETURNABLE security deposit. It will be returned within 7 days of check-out date, unless there is exceeded housekeeping needed or exceeded utility bills had occurred.

Five Star Accommodations

We've had more than one guest tell us that Bancroft Cottage was better than their stay at the Hotel Dupont! (and a lot more reasonable may we add). In the event that we already have a guest checking out on the day you are checking in, or checking in on the day you are checking out we will need to adjust the check-in or check-out time by one hour to allow sufficient time for the Housekeeper. We have exterior cameras in the front and back for added security for our guests and the property.

Close to amazing local restaurants (Union Jack's), trails, coffee shops, malls, and convenient access by train or car into city. The Home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Working washer, dryer, internet, 75-inch smart TV, electric fireplace, central a/c and other necessary amenities. Home has been featured in a show - Interrogation Raw from A&E Networks and an upcoming movie as well commercials.

Completely renovated, cozy townhouse on the 18th hole of Shepherd Hills Golf Course. Very close to highways, Dorney Park, Hamilton Crossings, local colleges and universities, walking and hiking trails. Very safe and convenient.
