Wir hatte eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft - alles war wie beschrieben.

Uns hat es sehr gefallen in Þórirs Unterkunft. Der Hotpot ist super und einfach zu bedienen, damit er immer warm ist. Die Unterkunft ist gross und es ist sehr heimelig, man fühlt sich sofort wie Zuhause. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, sogar mit Geschirrspüler. Die Lage ist super um den Nordwesten Islands zu erkunden. Wir waren mit Laki Tours auf einer Whale Watching Tour und haben Orcas gesehen, einfach nur WOW (Reisetablette empfohlen).

What an experience with weather that brought blowing snow and wind gusts to add to the challenge of a visit in Winter!! Einar and Oli kept in touch and gave us great advice about navigating the conditions, plus we saw the Northern Lights! The cabin was perfect, really well equipped, with extras like spices and cooking oil. The things you don’t think to buy for a two night stay. It was warm, clean, charming and incredibly comfortable. The view and snowscape scenery was spectacular and we were well looked after on the way out too, clearing snow for us to drive safely on to the next destination.

Lovely cabin right by the lake, great facilities. Great communication. Would definitely go again.

Set outside the township, this tranquil sryting is perfect for some R&R. Seclusion and privacy are in big supply. The home is just as the photos show. All the amenities you need for your stay. It's easy to just unwind and forget all the stress in your life here. This is ideal for low key actions, but still close enough to big adventure and local shopping.

Excellent séjour ! On a eu un peu de difficulté à trouver dans la nuit le chalet mais on a réussi. Excellent emplacement pour les aurores boréales ! Et un plaisir de voir des chevaux au petit matin juste à côté.

This cabin was exactly what we were hoping for on our trip away. The views are incredible, it feels like you aren’t hiding away from the wilderness at the end of the day. The bed was comfy, the radiators kept us more than warm, and the amenities were great. A fantastic base to go and explore west Iceland from!

if we could give Michelle and her beautiful home a ten star review we would. Michelle was very informative throughout during booking, on our arrival and throughout our stay if we needed anything. . She advised us regarding local eateries, bars and even tipped us off about the Northern Lights. I spent my 50th birthday celebrations at Michelle's home and I will never forget our time in beautiful Iceland. I would recommend Michelle's stunning home with outstanding views to anyone. thank you again Michelle
