Very responsive host and clean space. Perfect for my group of friends!

We enjoyed our stay at Peter’s place. It was well located for our needs and provided us great access for sight seeing. The space was accommodating and welcoming for our group of 6!

We absolutely loved our stay! We were in the Fallbrook area for a wedding. The house was in a private location but still convenient. The kitchen was amazing and we loved sitting outside by the fireplace during the cooler nights. Agnes was an amazing host and made us feel right at home! If we ever find ourselves in the Fallbrook area again we will definitely be staying here again!

The home and grounds were beautiful. The check in and check out process was easy with no issues. The host is easy to get a hold of and answers quickly when contacted . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had an 18-month-old and had no issues at the home other than there is no fenced in play area so we would walk him around outside but mostly had to keep him in the house.

Our recent stay in San Diego was exceptional! The property’s prime location made exploring the city effortless. Traveling with our 9-month-old, we were delighted by how accommodating the space was for our family. The owners’ outstanding communication and their generous offer of an early check-in made our experience even more enjoyable. We recommend this property to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in San Diego.

We were able to visit the Tortoise and the Hare for a weekend retreat getaway and it did not disappoint! The serene feeling you get of being disconnected while also having all the necessary amenities was unreal. Each room was as described, if not even better! The heater and air conditioning worked well depending on the weather and the rooms provided ample amounts of places to sleep. We were able to utilize to Sauna as well as the other games and kitchen amenities. The hosts were very responsive and cooperative providing a seamless weekend for us to enjoy. They were also very accommodating to our additions of guests for the stay which was very helpful for our team We would 100% come back again for a beautiful time taking un God’s creation!

Absolutely incredible stay! We came with a larger group, and everything was smooth from start to finish. Nye was super communicative and made us feel so welcome, you can genuinely tell he cares about guests having a great time. He personally walked me through how to use the hot tub and showed us around the outdoor space on the phone, which made everything so easy. The grounds were stunning, with beautiful views and plenty of space.

Carolina’s Airbnb was a great location! So close to the freeways which made it convenient to get to all the places around SD we wanted to go. The apartment is spotless and clean and she even left a few things to help us feel right at home. Beautiful gardens around the back patio and comfy beds- Lovely place to stay!

Great spot if you have a car to traffic to/from the beaches. Was comfortable for me, my husband, baby, and our au pair, and probably would be a good fit for two couples or a family of 4 (one room was bunks). Amenities were ample, beds were large and comfy, clean. Some good food spots within walking distances, namely The Fish Shop and Kono’s sister restaurant (yummy burritos). Vons, Trader Joe’s, CVS all within walking distance for those looking to cook from home. Thanks for hosting us!

The location was amazing! Close enough to walk to Crown Point where we were attending a weekend event! Great neighborhood for walking our dog! Jonathan was very easy to communicate with and our stay was exactly what we were looking for!

Der Check-in mit der Schlüsselbox war sehr einfach und die Tatsache, das wir einen zugewiesenen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück hatten, hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung ist vielleicht nicht ganz perfekt, aber absolut in Ordnung, was Sauberkeit und Comfort betrifft.

The host and co-host were very attentive and responsive. The home was clean, organize, and overall great. Whenever we had any issues (small), we contacted them and they took care of it very quickly. My wife is very particular with vacation homes, hotels, etc. If she doesn't like it, we won't go back. She said she would come back to this home in the future. I concur. Thank you.

We have had several great visits to Paul's "A Touch of Tuscany". The unit and gardens are beautiful. The unit is in fantastic condition and fully equipped. We consider it our home away from home when staying here.

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

This stay was beyond my expectations. The comfort of the home, the surrounding area, the beautiful views and peacefulness. It was all amazing, didn’t want it to end.

Life is about making wonderful memories for yourself and others. And Vita Bella certainly did that for us and our families. Sue and Dennis were terrific throughout our stay and were very accommodating to our requests. The property was outstanding from the house itself to the backyard oasis to the front porch sunsets. Absolutely stunning.

A true gem! Melinda and Neal’s house was a touch of heaven on earth. The house is an amazing adobe sits in a quiet neighborhood in Fallbrook and has a remarkable view! The house location, easy living layout and style alone is more worthy. Now add the most thoughtfully, serene, warm decor and you have this home! Even detail is thoughtfully curated. From the art to the books to the pillows and blankets. From the coffee makers - yes plural to the coffee left by the host. Nothing was not considered. We just wish we had more time to just enjoy! We will be back! Thank you, Melinda and Neal. Just what we needed. ❤️

Awesome place to stay near San Diego! The hot tub and pool were incredible and we were glad we allocated some time for just relaxing and enjoying the space. Everything was as described, clean, and the kitchen was perfectly stocked. The hosts were responsive and even accommodated an early check-in for us. Would absolutely stay here again. I do encourage anyone visiting to thoroughly read the house description and rules so you're informed about the policies. It's a quiet neighborhood so not a place to stay up late partying.

Sheila’s beautiful villa was absolutely what we needed after a long exhausting day with two toddlers at Legoland. We had stayed at a residence before here so we knew the layout and amenities more or less. It’s exactly what we expected and more. The beautiful pools (with a baby friendly pool), the kids club, the beautiful views, the delicious on-site restaurants, complimentary fruit-infused water, the adorable stuffed animal seals for the kids, and more. We loved that the kids could stay in the living room. Sheila had provided two cribs that were already set up prior to our arrival. The check-in was super smooth! We communicated for days before our arrival and we felt really happy with everything!!! We loved the amenities and after Legoland, we needed a bit of luxury and rest for ourselves. Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely villa.

This place was amazing! We only wish we had more time to enjoy it. We just got married and needed a place to a night for a quick little getaway and it was everything as posted, but so much more!! We have done many Airbnb’s over the years and this is in the top 2! Private, quiet, peaceful, super clean and perfect for a romantic getaway! We will definitely be back to explore all the options that are available! Like drinking glass of wine by the outdoor fireplace! If you book this place will definitely not be disappointed at all! Dear Holly, We would like to thank you for the most amazing and wonderful place for us to stay as our house is being repaired. It was a delightful and great experience for us. The two full months have flown by. We highly recommend this Home from the beautiful Gardens to the great pool and the out door barbecue. Once you are indoors there is everything anyone would need to entertain with crystal , china pot, Pans and most anything you might need . The decor is eclectic and interestingly lovely. The views are fabulous from any window you look out from! Needless to say we loved it and thank you for a wonderful two months!
