Wonderful place close to nature. Delicious, Healthy breakfast. Christa is a star. The listing said wifi but it was not functional in Kernelia for most of our stay. T The wonderful bird life soothed our pain of not video chatting with our grand children overseas.

This spot is absolutely GORGEOUS, we were completely in awe as we arrived during sunset and woke up to the first light touching the tips of the mountains, truly blown away by the beauty of this little gem of a place. The dam was extremely beautiful and refreshing to swim in even in the middle of winter! We will definitely be returning!

The setting is pure magic—an oasis of stillness and vast Karoo beauty. And to top it all off, Heleen and her husband are exceptionally kind and welcoming. We will definitely return, this was an unforgettable experience!

A Perfect Romantic Getaway in Oudtshoorn My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this charming little cottage in Oudtshoorn for three nights, and it was absolutely magical.
