Available via sms/email The apartment is located at Manhattan Parkview, a bustling area at the heart of Araneta Center. A variety of outdoor restaurants, malls, theather and nightlife hubs all within walking distance. Metro train, jeepneys and bus to and from airport are minutes away. It is also a 2 min walk from the famous Cubao Expo, 5 min walk from Araneta Center and 3 min walk to New Frontier Theater and Gateway Mall. Since the location of the condominium is walking distance to almost everything. Walking around is more ideal. If you want to go further, metro rail transit is also walking distance. Safest mode of transportation is via Grab I am also the owner of a Nails Glow Spa located at the ground floor so guests will have a 10% discount on all services for the duration of their stay. Basement parking is php50/10hrs then additional php10 for every hour extension. Please inquire about overnight parking as this is an additional fee on top.

Transportation is very easy with its 24/7 access around vicinity plus it is near Quezon Ave MRT Station. Plus, there's nothing to worry about being hungry in middle of the night there are plenty of 24/7 convenient stores around the area. Prices are not too expensive. Barangay Tanods/Police are always available within Timog and Mother Ignacia.
