The space was great for a restful getaway with a few other friends. The large table for great for meals and games together. And the entertainment room was great for movies together. Felt like a very communal space.

Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay at this lovely lake front home. Very beautiful property, so quiet and peaceful. Large, clean and spacious home. Loved the deck! Gorgeous sunrise views from the deck each morning while sipping our coffee.

Diana’s lake house was amazing for our Labor Day weekend stay! We rented a jet ski and used their sweet kayaks and floaties as well! The bay was awesome. The view was incredible. The house layout was perfect for our group. We had 4 adults, 2 kids under 6 and one 15 year old. The apartment in the lower part of the house was unexpected but literally perfect for the parents of the 15 year old! There was a bit of dirt in a couple areas and the ceiling fans were very dusty. Other than that our stay was incredible. We are already talking about booking it again for next year! Thanks again!

We enjoyed a nice family reunion at this beautiful & peaceful home. It was so well equipped, and lots of added touches for us to use. Everyone loved the location, the views,& the relaxed environment. I would highly recommend this property. Our whole family just was loving the space and atmosphere. Not to mention we were within 45 min to silverwood for all the family to enjoy. The communication with Josh was top notch! I’m a pretty busy person and don’t always get to messages or have time to follow up, but I didn’t need to! Josh was on it with clear instructions every step of the way! The view was phenomenal and it was surprisingly private. Most homes on the lake are right next to each other but this home gave awesome views without being on top of the neighbors! 10/10!!

The house was amazing, the view was so beautiful... we felt like we were living in a postcard. The neighborhood is quiet and the entire area is very relaxing and tranquil. Everything you want to do is about a 20-40min drive - hikes, grocery, downtown.

We loved this little hidden gem on Newman Lake! It is extremely peaceful. We ended up needing to book last minute and we are so happy we stumbled across this place. The views are spectacular and the house has the perfect amount of amenities (i.e. hot tub, water access). We will definitely be looking to stay here again in the near future. Summer would be ideal with the water access. Thanks again!

Waking up to the gentle sounds of the river, enjoying coffee on the dock, and unwinding by the bonfire under the stars were just a few highlights of our stay. Katharine went above and beyond, making our family’s Christmas stay a wonderful experience. She furnished the home beautifully with tasteful Christmas decorations and comfortable furniture. She had also put up a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. She personally greeted us with a basket of cookies, and she showed us the important details about the house to make our stay pleasant. The house had just about everything we needed for a wonderfully memorable trip. There’s room inside the house and outside on the grounds to spread out. Lots of places to explore for kids. We very much appreciated the serenity and quiet, which we have at our own home. We loved seeing a bald eagle fly by several times daily, beside the geese, ducks, and loons. If we are ever this way again, we would stay here in a heartbeat.

Wonderful and relaxing stay! The house was walking distance to downtown and everything about the house felt like home! We are already planning our next stay here!

My fiance and I stayed here for two months and had an absolute blast. Jen is so nice and gave us great recommendations for the area. We felt right at home and the house was extremely nice and updated. Just the right size for what we needed to work remotely. Movie theater upstairs was AWESOME. Didn’t think we’d use it that much but we were up there every night watching shows and films. We biked on the Route of Hiawatha, rented a boat on Coeur d’Alene lake, went and had Hudson’s hamburgers, saw the craziest fireworks show for 4th of July that we’d ever seen, drove 3 1/2 hours to Glacier National Park, hiked Tubbs Hill… the list goes on and on. One thing to mention is I wouldn’t come here with the intention of having a loud or rowdy group. The homes are close together and while we made great friends with the neighbors, most people living in this gated community are older so it wouldn’t be wise to do something like a bachelor party here, etc. Thanks again! What an amazing place to live.

Brian was a fabulous host! Everything that was listed in the description was provided, including hot tub, kayaks, a gorgeous view, game room and more! The location of the home was perfect for any family looking to relax or even get active and go hiking or biking. BBQ was available for lunch and I highly recommend the restaurant Satay Bistro near by for a fine dining experience to compliment this home. Thank you Brian for making this weekend memorable with my family and I will definitely be booking again.

This place is absolutely incredible! Scenery is amazing, the town of Bayview is quaint & has a nice local vibe. Would book this annually for everything that it has to offer! Just be mindful of the 4 car max in the driveway & neighbor said quiet hours start at 10pm

So beautiful! The view across the lake reminded me of the Nepali coast. Couldn’t get enough of it! The game room puts this place over the top if you have kiddos. Many great family memories made here. Thank you for sharing your lake home!

5 STAR STAY ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ryan was a lifesaver. 4 days before my stay, a house management company canceled on me and Ryan came to the rescue. He provided my group with a very enjoyable stay on short notice! Spotless and extremely clean house. Home feels brand new. Ryan’s spot in Bayview ID is greatly suited for families looking for a nice relaxing spot with the best lake to boat on. Ryan the hostess has amazing communication skills and the quickest response time!! Ryan made me feel like a close friend and I have the highest of respect for him. We will be back!!
