I recently had the pleasure of staying at this rental property, and I can’t say enough good things about it! From the moment I arrived, everything was fantastic. The property is impeccably clean, which is a huge plus for me as someone who is germophobic—it truly exceeded my expectations. The large master bathroom was a wonderful addition, and I especially loved how dark and cozy the bedroom is, ensuring restful nights of sleep. The breathtaking views of Grand Lake are definitely a highlight! As a real estate investor, I appreciate the high standards of this property—it’s simply amazing! The convenience of having a Keurig machine is a nice touch; just remember to bring your favorite K-Cups. Plus, there’s covered parking available, adding to the overall convenience. For downtime, you'll find plenty of books to read and games to enjoy. Thank you for providing such an outstanding experience! This place was wonderful! The views were absolutely spectacular in every way. The home had everything you could ask for. The icing on the cake was Vernon brought us home baked goodies on Christmas Day, which were delicious. The hospitality was amazing. If you want to be surrounded in what Colorado has to offer, book this as your next vacation spot. This place is within driving distance of Breckenridge, Canon City, and Colorado Springs. We couldn’t be happier with our stay or our host. Thank you for the great trip!

We loved the home. The pictures honestly didn’t do justice, the space was beautiful and so much room. We were about 8 mins from town and the house is pretty secluded and quit but gorgeous views. Getting to sit in the hot tub and see the mountain view’s after a day of snowboarding was the best and I would most definitely stay again/ recommend this home!! Thank you for letting us stay!

This place is amazing! The condo is beautiful and well furnished. It is loaded with everything that you need, and it makes you feel right at home. The views of the mountains and snow-covered frozen lake from every floor were spectacular. I would love to come back to this condo in the summer, as the views can only get better!

Very cozy home, with lovely town close by. My family and I absolutely loved this stay, very private and quiet. Amazing view from the kitchen too! The neighbor was also very friendly and lended us a small fire pit and some wood 😊

This was our family's 2nd stay at this property, and we wouldn't hesitate to book it again. The location is very private and secluded, with beautiful views everywhere you look. You're only a few minutes from Great Sand Dunes Nat'l Park, and about a 30-ish minute drive to the hot spring pool. The house is quite large and provided private spaces for each of the 5 of us. The large kitchen has every amenity. There is a "no shoes inside" policy at this property, which is not an issue at all, and the carpet and flooring stay clean. The roads in the neighborhood are not paved, and are perfect for taking long walks where you might spot deer, rabbits and dozens of hummingbirds.
