Great time; we felt like home. Had the whole apartment to ourselves. Don't mind the enviroments. It's typical in some parts in Africa. Aside from that, once you are in. You are good to go.

Rolland is a very kind host. Both him and his brother went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great stay. The apartment is spacious, clean and situated in a nice neighborhood. I had a great stay in Cotonou and greatly appreciated the hospitality and help!

Le logement de Florence à Cotonou est absolument parfait pour notre groupe de 7 personnes ! L'emplacement est idéal ( proche aéroport , plage), la propreté impeccable et les hôtes sont très accueillants. Florence nous a permis une arrivée et un départ « sans stresse » avec sa fléxibilité horaire La piscine accessible à tout moment est vraiment un vrai plus. Les employés de la maison ont étés très gentil et respectueux. Nous avons passé un bon séjour et recommandons cette adresse.

Une adresse à recommander pour vos séjours à Cotonou si vous aimez le calme, la mer, l’air marin et un environnement propice au repos loin de la pollution et du bruit de la ville. Grand studio bien décoré, tendance avec des meubles de qualité, un lit spacieux et bien ferme pour la qualité du sommeil. Le seul hic est qu’on ne peut pas cuisiner sur place, ça ne m’a pas dérangé vu que j’avais plutôt des journées chargées et mangeais au restaurant, il y a un micro onde pour chauffer les plats. Le personnel aux petits soins et très serviables. Je recommande ce lieu, allez-y sans hésiter.

I was not informed when booking this location that there would be an additional charge for electricity used during my stay. Which upset my fiancé because we had to pay something before we could even check out of airbnb. We wanted to check out 6am and had to wait for the staff, we didn't get to leave until after 9am.
