We had a fantastic few days in Pat’s house. Gorgeous house. Stunning location. Superb host. I can’t wait to return.

Such a special place, a stones throw from a fabulous pub and from Derrynane beach for our daily dips, heaven, we will be back.

Mike was the most hospitable host. This accommodation was brilliant! I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Everything you need and more. Bonus points, it was in a beautiful part of Ireland. Such a gem!!

Lovely homely place to stay. Lovely farmhouse with beautiful scenery of sheep and lambs. Clean and homely. Lovely welcome of few treats and essentials to make easy start to the stay. Nora was always on hand if anything was needed. Can’t wait to return in the near future.

Our stay with Noreen & Mackin was great, start to finish. Very friendly & responsive hosts, they gave us loads of recommendations for things to do, places to eat etc. The accommodation was perfect, very clean & spacious. The location was ideal for travel to Schull, Baltimore ( out to Sherkin Island) , Skibereen, Bantry & more... Thanks so much for everything, we had a lovely stay

Great house in lovely location

Me and my partner (plus our two baby chihuahuas) had an amazing getaway, we booked the Studio for 3 nights to celebrate my birthday, but extended our stay up for 8 nights. We immediately fell in love with the place: it’s so unique, peaceful and cozy. You can see how much effort was put in this property. We especially loved the bedding: pillows and duvet felt like softest clouds. I also personally loved how well equipped was the kitchen: lots of nice cutlery, plates and tea/coffee sets were so cute. There’s also a lot of DVD’s, a nice set of board games and a mini library. We spent our evenings playing checkers and domino and watching some good old movies. Julie is a such a nice person and an amazing host - easy to communicate with, helpful and so quick to reply. Loved how much information we had about the surroundings: hike routes, shops, cafes. Thank you so much, Julie. We will definitely come back :)

From start to finish we loved this place, it was everything and more. The house was spotless and had a vast array of appliances and space. We loved the peaceful nature around it and the view! As it was our first time in Castletownbere we appreciated all the local recommendations and every single person we met was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and thank you to John for sharing this gem with us.

We loved this gorgeous cottage. Roomy, characterful, very well equipped. It felt like home. Perfect for warm or cold weather with a pool for the sunny days and log fires for the rainy days. A perfect airbnb! Our host was wonderful as well.

Our stay at Ewe cottage within Ballymaloe was nothing short of magical. Nestled amidst breathtaking surroundings, the estate offers private walks that allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in nature's beauty. Access to the hotel swimming pool and restaurant was exceptional, serving incredible food and adding an extra touch of luxury. The cottage itself was pristine, well-equipped, and incredibly cosy, providing the perfect retreat. Robyn as a host was excellent, exceptionally responsive with clear communication and kindly offered lots of recommendations which made our stay even more special. If we could offer more than five stars to the review, we absolutely would! This is a real gem that we cannot recommend highly enough. We can't wait to return!

Great night away for a family birthday in Kenmare at Peter's place. Lovely house in perfect condition and only a few minutes walk from the town centre where there are plenty nice shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Hotel leisure centre is right nearby too which was free to use, although we didn't get around to it. A slightly earlier check-in was kindly accommodated and was seamless. The only unsual thing was the extra payment of €25 in cash which I had to agree to pay before booking confirmation. I paid that to Kris on arrival. Apparently this is due to it being just a one night stay and it goes to the cleaners. Not a big deal but maybe it could've been included when paying on the app. Overall it didn't take away from what was a great stay in a fine house. I'd have absolutely no hesitation in booking in again when back in Kenmare. Thanks Peter and Kris

Started in Peter's house for one night a couple weekends ago. It was a great place to find, house was spotless and Peter was an excellent host to deal with.

We really enjoyed our stay with our two dogs. Cabin was spotless and the hot tub was fab! Barry was a great host and gave us lots of recommendations! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful cottage and studio in a stunning location. The cottage and studio had everything you needed, the beds were very comfortable and there was a good selection of books, games and dvds if you wanted to stay in and relax. The host, Julie, contacted me just after we arrived to check we had got there safely and everything was ok at the house. We had a fantastic week there and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a lovely relaxing holiday.

Lovely home and beautiful grounds. We appreciated that mary had the heat and hot water turned on before we arrived. She had a binder of helpful tips on operating appliances etc. and suggestions of nearby restaurants and attractions. She was accommodating when we asked for early checkin.

A wonderful place, tranquil, spacious, tastefully decorated, clean, private yet within 5 minutes of Kenmare. Utilities very easy to use, with a great kitchen/dining area, every need catered for. A very good outdoor space and safe for our dog and grandchild to enjoy. The fast flowing river behind the house is an incredible sound and adds to the overall experience and enjoyment. Come out of the drive, turn right and there are some amazing walks.

Lovely cosy caravan in a quiet peaceful location with great views. We had cycled there.. quite a hill up to it. When we arrived Anke showed us the lake there and I got straight in.. very refreshing. We had a very good nights stay .

We had a lovely stay at the snug! Frances was incredibly kind hearted and super helpful. We basically felt at home the moment we entered the cottage. Everything was explained perfectly by her and you could really see that she loves to be a host and puts a lot of effort in details. If you want to have a stay in ireland where you really don‘t care about the weather because you feel super cozy inside, the snug is perfect for you! I can only recommend. Thanks again to you Frances. :)

Nous avons passé trois jours formidables et paisibles dans ce beau cottage, les photos correspondent à la réalité et tout encore mieux! Entendre la pluie au chaud, voir les animaux et le paysage par la fenetre c’est génial. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas rencontré Ritchie et les échanges que nous avons eu etaient super.!

5/5 – Best Host Wasn’t Even Human! If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with rolling pastures, friendly horses, and a welcome committee that includes the goodest big brown dog, look no further! Upon arrival, I was greeted not by the owner, but by their four-legged ambassador, who took his job of making guests feel at home very seriously. He escorted me to my door, supervised my unpacking, and occasionally checked in to make sure I hadn’t wandered off somewhere unsafe—like the snack cupboard without him. The horses are stunning, the scenery is serene, and the accommodation is cozy. But let’s be real—the real highlight of this trip was my fluffy concierge, who, for reasons unknown, decided I was worthy of his undivided attention. 10/10 would stay again. Oh, and the farm was nice too!

Cormac and Rose’s Le Chateau is the most adorable place! Plenty of room for the three of us! (And the shower is heavenly!) Loved the little snacks and teas available, and everything else that made the place so cozy. Rose met us as we drove in the driveway and showed us everything we needed for the stay. We hope that we can visit Le Chateau next time we are in Ireland!

We had a great 3 night stay here in Banna- wish we could’ve stayed longer! We visited as a family of 4. It was a great space for us. Great location- we explored the Dingle peninsula (which we loved), part of the Ring of Kerry, Valentia Island, Banna beach and Ballyheigue. Highly recommend staying here and host Carolyn was very responsive, friendly and informative. Thank you!
