Yendy was super helpful and always got back to me quickly whenever I had questions. I loved the place, everything inside was neat and clean. I felt very comfortable and safe. I was also pleasantly surprised with the very large, fully fenced yard for my dog. I'd definitely book here again.

Overall, a really nice place to stay. My family stayed here recently and it was great for what we needed. Lacking a little bit in the amenities-- no soap/shampoo in the bathrooms, the only trashcan was in the kitchen, etc. But just small things and overall really nice place located conveniently in North Dallas. We would definitely stay here again. Todd was super friendly and responsive, a great host. The listing was not kidding about the stairs-- you have to climb them to get anywhere, and they are the kind without backs, so I would definitely think about somewhere else it if you have small children who cannot go up and down stairs by themselves. But the stairs were mentioned in the listing, and I would say the place matched the listing very well.

I live in LA and I realize when they say everything is bigger in Texas......EVERYTHING IS BIGGER IN TEXAS. The entry hallway is wider than my garage and the master bathroom is larger than my master bedroom. 🤣 Tallllll ceilings! I stayed at Keith's listing for a work trip with my team and it a great stay. I was at a Hilton Garden Inn by DFW the night before and it was an absolute nightmare. I booked a different AirBnB but after receiving the address and seeing what the neighborhood looked like, I ate the entire booking fee and booked this last minute and it was a great decision! Safe, clean, and nice neighborhood. Trader Joe's and Whole Foods not too far away. The house: Clean clean clean, well equipped, and very well appointed! Everything is well thought out! Work travel sucks but Keith's place fixed that! Will definitely be my go to the next time my team is in Dallas!

It was easy to get in, looked like the photos, the host was friendly and responsive, the checklist was reasonable and we enjoyed our stay. I was very happy with how clean it was which I feel like that's hard to find anymore. Our bed was comfortable, the shower pressure and heat was great. Our baby slept great in the crib they provided. We had a house fire and had to move out for repairs. What we thought would be a 6-8 week stay here turned into nearly 5 months. All along the way, Tasneem was helpful and flexible about allowing us to extend our time. The backyard is wonderful for relaxing with easy access to the canal walkways. Inside, the reclining couches are so comfortable that you may find yourself accidentally taking a nap! This home had everything we could need, including a crib and play area set up for our young son. Tasneem was fantastic as a host, responding immediately to any questions/issues that arose. For example, when we let her know that we thought there was an issue with the air conditioning (this is Texas, these things happen), a technician was at the house first thing the next morning, and a whole new system was put in the very next day. We had a fantastic stay at a very nice home and Tasneem is an excellent host that helped us out a lot during a stressful time. I would highly recommend booking

Had the wonderful opportunity to stay at Chaya’s Airbnb this past weekend. Chaya’s Airbnb was clean and conveniently located as described. Chaya was extremely flexible with her check in/out process. We had a fantastic experience during our stay!

This house felt just like home and was very welcoming and comfy. The added alarm system made you feel very safe and at ease. They had all the things you would need and then some. The space was large enough for a large group and the 3 bathrooms were an added plus. The only downside was the low water pressure in some of the bathrooms but other than that we would definitely stay again.

Great house. Not to far to get to Dallas or Fort Worth. Pool and hot tub was amazing. Son loved the media room. Great communication also

Loved our weekend stay in the downtown in the city for the MAVS/Lakers game. Instructions were very clear. The place was just as pictured and described. Very clean and cozy. Many eateries around this place and was in walking distance to so many things. Loved the views. Loved that the space was very open. Building very quiet inside also.

I was only in town for one night and this was the perfect place to stay- it is right across from the American Airlines Center! The space is very nice and, more importantly, clean. Water and snacks were available in addition to shampoo, conditioner, lotion and make-up remover wipes. I thought that the noise level would be somewhat bad being across the street from AAC, but it really wasn’t- it was almost non-existent after midnight. If/when I go to downtown Dallas again, I’d stay here again.

I was travelling alone for a conference in Grapevine and wanted to see Dallas first. Zoe’s place is in an absolutely A+ location for exploring the city. 10 min walk to the JFK museum. 20 min walk to the American Airlines Centre (saw a Stars game). Had a Starship Bagel (over the road) for breakfast and it is so good plus City Tavern sorted me out for a couple of beers and some food one evening watching the Mavericks on TV. Also Terry Black’s for BBQ is 20 mins walk away in Deep Ellum. Also very good. If you run, you can get down to the Trinity River trails for some peaceful running really easily. Zoe’s appt was clean, comfortable, spacious and nice place to hang out for the small amount of time not spent sleeping that I wasn’t out exploring the city. Would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect place to stay. Plenty of room and everything we needed. Joseph was extremely helpful and quick to answer our questions. We will definitely chose to stay here again on our next visit to Dallas.

Awesome. Had a local recommend knox-henderson area and this spot popped up (pun on the pop art intended). Pop over to Pie & Tap for "best pizza of my life"; greatest deals on consignment shopping; and brunch. Didn't have time to see Dallas due to a 1 day trip, but if you're just there to eat and shop, 100% recommend.

You’ve found a good one here! Great price, awesome location on main, attractions walkable distance, Irish pub open till 2 am! Security was weird, and had trouble finding the right door. KEEP IN MIND YOU NEED TO MEET WITH THE HOST TO ENTER ELEVATOR AND TO ENTER THE BUILDING AFTER 8! Otherwise, gorgeous views from the balcony, no noise complaints, all around perfect spot. Can’t really ask for more for the price.

I had a great stay at David’s place in downtown Dallas. The location was perfect—right in the heart of everything, making it easy to get around. David was an excellent host, very responsive and clear in his communication, which made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. The check-in process was seamless, and everything was exactly as described. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Dallas!

Booked a short trip and this Airbnb was exactly what we needed! I appreciated the clear instructions, how clean the Airbnb was, and overall all of the amenities provided. The host Nick was very helpful and you can tell that he takes very good care of the place. Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice and clean Airbnb in a great central location.

Leslie’s condo was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a week-long working stay in the area. Easy to get on the freeway and where we needed to go. Comfortable bed and furniture, great to have the closets and in-unit laundry. Leslie was helpful and responsive. The neighborhood is just okay though. We felt perfectly safe in the gated community, but it is near the freeway and isn’t really the kind of neighborhood where you’d just go out the door and walk around exploring. So, just take note if that’s what you’re looking for. However, just down the hill a little stretch (maybe 10 minute walk/ 3 minute drive) is an area called Preston Hollow, and that’s much better for shops/ walking around. Put Trader Joe’s in your GPS and you’ll find it.

Everything about the place was perfect, amazing location, beautiful description of the place, and well thought of amenities. Furniture was comfortable, everywhere you looked was clean, and the presentation of the place was beautiful. I highly recommend this place and will come back again in the future.

The apartment was cozy with all the amenities that one would need ,great location near downtown and love Field with a quick access to the expressway. Also Ruwani was very attentive and even followed up to see how we were doing and if we needed anything.

Beautiful spot on the historic Swiss Avenue. Walkable , but also so close to everything downtown and surrounding areas. The balcony was so peaceful, great spot for reading.

From beginning to end, my 1 month stay at Rusty's place was flawless. As other's have mentioned, the bed is super comfy with great bedding and the water pressure is next level and hot water abounds...2 major bonuses while staying away from home. Additionally, the unit is very well stocked (better than most)with coffee, spices, sugar, paper towels, etc. Rusty was very responsive and easy going. I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family. Also LOVE the fenced in yard!! The location is ideal...very walkable to both Henderson & Lower Greenville. Countless fabulous restaurants nearby-Ngon Vietnamese Kitchen and Terilli's are 2 of my new favorites. Black Swan Yoga is 1 mile away and if you're a yogi...or want to be...the studio is top notch!!
