We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

The team was very responsive anytime I had a question. Also, they provided me recommendations and handled my early check-in and check out with ease. Thank you so much!

Nice spot for friends to gather after party or breakfast. It’s more fun than staying in a hotel. We would come back here for our next trip.

Thanh was very proactive in his responses to messages, very quick and accomodating. He was lovely enough to sort out a cot for my 9 month old and awaited us for check in, showing us how to get to the apartment and giving us a quick walk through. The apartment is situated away from the hustle and bustle, so can be very relaxing, but not too far from everything, just a grab car away.

May is incredibly supportive! The apartment is clean, fully furnished, and surrounded by great restaurants. What matters most to me when staying in a new place is whether I can sleep well, and this room made me feel completely at ease. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in HCM!

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

I spent 2 nights at this apartment in Sky89 and it was a great time. The building has good security and in good condition, many amenities such as Karaoke room, movie room, rooftop pool & sauna. The only thing is that you have to settle your car/bike parking spot because this area doesn't allow street parking, you can ask the security guard for a parking spot outside of the building, the basement of the building costs more if you don't mind. The apartment is spacious and minimal, they also provide water. Hosts are very responsive :)

The apartment is spacious, convenient, really cool view, great books, and simple furnitures, free of cluster. The surrounding food is great (try the porridge across the street - tiny little place). Hosts’ hospitality and responsiveness are unmatched, super helpful and kind as they let me have their unused bag because I couldn’t find anything that fits my needs. Bring some earplugs if you’re sensitive to the street noise as the Karaoke across the street can get loud at night (but very lively - recommend joining them for a night or two).

Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.

Really nice appartement in a beautiful building. There is everything that you need if you want to use the kitchen or to work from home. This the best deal ever in Ho Chi Minh if you are looking for something authentic with great standards. I recommend

空港からタクシーで向かい、少し離れた場所に降ろされたためどこかわからずチャットで質問すると、すぐに近くのコンビニまで迎えに来てくれました。滞在中はわからないことがあってもホストへ質問するとすぐに返信があり、助かりました。 部屋の中は綺麗でキッチンにはお皿や鍋もありましたが箸やフォークはないので自分で用意する必要があります。 建物内にプールやキッズルームがあり、近くの建物にはレストランやカフェも入っているので小さな子連れ旅行にはとてもいい環境でした。 チェックアウト後も18時までは荷物を預かってもらえるとのことで最後まで身軽に観光を楽しむことができるお宿でした。

Le is friendly and helpful and was always quick to respond. Apartment is on 24th floor, facing NNE. View from the window is towards the river and a bit towards the opposite building. Courtyards are very green and area is quite. Mall with a supermarket is 5min walk and park with ride and such is 10min walk. Multiple convenience stores around, pharmacies, print shop - you don't really need to leave the area for almost anything. As of Jan'25 townhouse part of the area is mostly uninhabited and make for a quite and nice place to walk/run. There is a construction site nearby but it wasn't loud or bothersome even with open windows (I'm noise sensitive). There are a couple of gyms in the walking distance; pull-up bar and a pair of dumbbells in the apartment was very convenient too. Bike ride to the center of HCMC takes about 40min. To the airport during rush hour closer to 1.5h.

Wow, what a place! Staying at Sky89 was an absolute dream. The apartment itself was modern, spotless, and had killer views of the city—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The amenities were top-notch, and the rooftop pool? Next level. Big shoutout to Sua, our host, who went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay. From local tips to seamless check-in, he made everything super easy and stress-free. His recommendations for food and hidden gems around the city were spot on! If you're coming to Ho Chi Minh and want a stylish, comfortable, and hassle-free stay, this is the spot. Can’t wait to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was a good stay at Kate's place. Apt was spacious and clean, to D1 is about 10min by motorbike. Grocery store at the basement is convenient. It's about 40 min from airport, depending on traffic. My family like the rooftop pool access from the building. I've stayed in other abnb in this building before and would return.
