Townhome is in the perfect location. Close to Publix, restaurants, shops and parks. Very clean home, nicely decorated with a beautiful view of the pond. We even had the pleasure of seeing a family of deer! Pool area has a resort vibe with a clubhouse, restaurant and small arcade. Excellent communication with our hosts. Highly recommend !

The place was as described and the host was very responsive and respectful. The location is just ok and about 30 minutes from Disney parks. We had a few issues occur during our stay and Javier was super responsive and willing to assist. The lock was not secure and we had someone open the door to our place in the middle of the night. We were terrified for our safety, but Javier did respond the following morning and sent a crew out to fix the lock. We also had someone randomly leave trash on our door step one morning. Again, none of this is hosts fault and he was proactive about everything. I would not stay here again due to the location being so far from everything and lack of kitchen utensils. I would expect more items to be provided (pans, baking sheets, silverware, etc) for a place that sleeps 10 people.

Eduardo, foi extremamente prestativo em todos os sentidos !!! Pegamos um furacão Milton durante a estadia e ele nos manteve atualizado integral durante todo o período. We had a great stay at this condo, very clean with nice amenities. Views of sunset on both balconies were unobstructed and very nice. About a 20 minute drive to Magic Kingdom and Disney springs which was convenient. Bathrooms were clean and bedding and linens were comfortable. It was very nice to have 2 king beds in the unit as we stayed there with my parents and our toddler. Few things of note that are part of the community and DO NOT reflect at all on the owner: The splash pad for kids is NOT heated. It was bearable for our toddler in the early afternoon, but it wasn’t long until her lips were quivering. The pool that is in walkable distance does not allow children under the age of 3 to use. The other nearby pool is about a .25 mile walk from the condo. The other pools are about a 5-8 minute drive.

Rays place was really nice and the location was great. We arrived early and Ray graciously let us check in early. There were a few minor issues that Ray quickly sent someone to take care of. I would definitely stay here again. Kids loved the pool options and amenities at the resort.

Cute Vacation Home Very Close to Disney

The house is exactly how pictured. The beds were very comfortable, clean and the mattress looked new. The location makes it very convenient getting to and from Disney World with lots of restaurant options in between. Also there is a walmart superstore down the street! I would definitely book again!

Great house with plenty of space to accommodate two families with children. Fun theme rooms for the kids. Backyard is very private, facing bushes and a road that is not busy. The pool was nice. The hosts are always there for you if you have any inquiries. They also speak English and Spanish. Will definitely stay here again.

Wow! Susana is an absolutely amazing host. She is responsive, quick to answer and overall very friendly. The place was just a pictured and described. Absolutely beautiful. My husband and I were camping at Fort Wildnerness for the holidays and rented Susana's place for our family to stay. The condo was only 20 minutes (easy drive) from Fort Wilderness. Our family was impressed and really liked the property. Would definitely try to stay at any of Susana's locations should the occasion arise. Thank you Susana! The Eyrich's

Nice house with good layout of rooms. It is very convenient to come with children as there is a lot of entertainment on the territory of the complex. I also liked the themed design of the rooms. Overall, this is a good house for a large and friendly company.
