This is my primary home. I have resided here for 30+ years. You will have this entire residence to yourselves. It is peaceful, clean and cozy. It is a simple spacious one story home with three large bedrooms, one full bathroom, and two large living spaces. There is a large backyard with an outdoor patio. It is complete with outdoor seating and hammocks for your entertainment and relaxation. Close to airport and centrally located. I hope you feel welcome to make yourselves at home in my space.

Perfectly located 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home w/loft

Newly renovated home in North Eugene/Ferry Street area with approximately 1500 sq.ft. While in Eugene enjoy an Oregon Ducks football game, just 2 miles away, a round of golf at Oakway Golf Course only a 5 minute drive away, shopping at Oakway Center and many great restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops just minutes from the house. Great location for home game weekends! Very quiet, yet close to everything. The home is equipped with many amenities to make your stay very enjoyable.

Entire house, cottage and private fenced yard. 2 bedroom, large sleeping loft, and separate cottage. Quiet neighborhood. Covered deck and outside seating and barbecue. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and bus, close to U of O. All amenities and washer /dryer. Stores and restaurants easy walking distance. Close to UofO. Parking in attached garage, driveway and on street. Over sized vehicles must park on street. Shared driveway so must be quiet after 10:00pm.
