If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, close to everything, this place is for you! Absolutely beautiful apartment, pristine cleanliness, gorgeously appointed, with every amenity you could ever need. We have traveled to many cities, domestic and abroad and this is one of the top stays we have experienced!

Excellent space, especially as it was dog friendly! Excellent value; the space is enormous! We did learn upon arrival that the downstairs neighbor has a dog, and he was a barky boy for sure (but otherwise never would have known there was a downstairs neighbor!) Recommended!

Bianca has one of the best features which is owning a hottub where she’s located was a great spot she has friendly neighbors if u see a dog it’s on a leash I promise and overall best host u could ever ask for go ahead and check em out hotub closes at 10 :( other than that she deserves everything come for her

We stayed here for two nights. Parents and two teens. It worked very well. We were here to tour church history sites, mainly in Palmyra, New York. (Easy drive) For The Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints. It was cold on our arrival, but with March, weather, you never know whether two days before it was really warm and that is why the heat was off. We just turned the heat up and an hour later we’re getting comfortably warm. I loved having a gas stove top to work on, many rentals do not have that. But also, there is no microwave. I loved her cabinet filled with any necessities we may have forgotten. Very thoughtful. We did have problems connecting to the Internet, Cara was extremely responsive, and that issue was quickly resolved.

Charming, Downtown and Conveniently Located

Delightful place to stay. Centrally located but very quiet. Dog friendly with lots of pleasant walking areas for getting the pup some exercise. Jans place was spotless and the kitchen well equipped with everything you might need. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at John’s place. It was walkable to a lot of great restaurants and bars/breweries. Check in and check out were both easy. The place was clean and we had no issues with our stay.

Newly Furnished Apartment Downtown

Location is ideal! Easy walk to the Commons and downtown restaurants. Parking on street was easy and readily available. Inside looked like the photos, was clean and well stocked with basic needs. I especially appreciated that the soap products were scent free, and it seemed linens were washed in scent free detergent as well. Other comments about the shower size are accurate - it would be a tight squeeze for a larger sized person so something to keep in mind. That's not a complaint, just to give a heads up. I would absolutely try to rent this place again on another visit.

As usual, my mom and I had a great stay in our Rochester “flat”. It’s absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious and perfect with its 2 bedrooms. We have been guests many times visiting our children at RIT and we will continue to book Tamara’s place! She’s great, easy to communicate with, flexible with check in and just a lovely host!

Great place to stay to be near family for the holiday! Near shops, restaurants, grocery, and expressways. Parking was a breeze, as was getting in and the space was open and inviting. Kitchen is very well stocked…there is a full coffee maker in edition to a Keurig.

Yan’s “nut house” is great! We have stayed there several times and plan to stay in the future…comfortable, extremely clean, very responsive host and hostess. We had a wonderful two night stay. The apartment was easy to find, very clean and exactly as described. We were able to walk to pubs, Seward museum and Wegman's grocery store. It is in a very safe and beautiful area We will stay there again when we are in Auburn.

Great place to stay for a night or two. Suzanne's place was perfect for us. It was close to many of the areas we wanted to visit in Rochester. Her place was very clean and we felt comfortable. Loved the little coffee area! Private space. Clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. Would recommend!

Tim’s place is a gem hidden in the middle of Auburn, a city offering a diversity of restaurants and historical features all within walking distance. We attended a wedding at Emerson Pavilion, which was only 2 miles away and so easy to get to! We highly recommend Tim‘s place. We had a great stay and it was a bonus that our dog was also welcome !🤗

This was my second time to stay in this beautiful apartment. It’s clean, cozy, very comfortable, and has everything you need. Joshua and Kelly are wonderful hosts, and their beautiful apartment will not disappoint! We cooked in the kitchen several times, watched a couple of movies, played cards at the table, and had a fun time! The Keurig was very handy as well! There’s lots to see and do, and it’s all easy to get to! Everything about it is excellent. Will definitely be back often!!

Cozy Country Apartment.

Very private and quiet space. There were stairs to get to the walk out basement which was the entrance for the apartment. The front of the house that you see as you enter the driveway is not the same as the picture of the whole house so there was some confusion if I was at the right place. Inside was very spacious and clean.

David is an excellent, helpful host, and the house is super charming. Little delights abound, books, record, art and cozy nooks, as well as thoughtful touches. Feels like being in an antique shop! The wood stove made cold nights cozy. Views were serene. Would definitely stay again!

I booked Chance’s place for my fiancés birthday and it was such a great experience! We loved the space and it was clean and very easy to relax in. It was exactly the weekend he needed! Chance also gave me a great recommendation for a spa in the area that was another incredible experience! With all of the activities in his Airbnb and the sights in the area we were never without anything to do! Thank you!! We will definitely be booking with him again!

Had a lovely stay at this home in Ithaca. It was extremely peaceful and totally walkable to downtown. The hot tub was a lovely extra touch. Great home and super cute decor. Would totally recommend for anyone going on a weekend trip to Ithaca
