this was our groups second time staying at Victoria and Mervyn's place, and we'll be coming back again. beautiful secluded location, hot tub, fire pit, nice open space with many bedrooms. when an issue arose they were very quick to fix it. we'll be back! thank you!

We had an incredible stay at Aaron's! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was super responsive and made sure we had a smooth check-in.

This was our second time staying in the past 3 months and will likely book again in the Spring. If you are looking for a relaxing escape regardless of the season but don’t want to be too far from fabulous restaurants and boutiques. This is the place! Great for families but PERFECT for girls weekend away. My besties and I loved it so much we didn’t want to leave.

I'll admit, based on the reviews our expectations were high. They were exceeded in nearly every facet of our stay. We desperately needed ( election fatigue) to get away and have a week of peace, quiet, and serenity. Danielle and Jorden's home was perfect. there was not one single time while staying there that we looked for something that didn't exist. The bathrooms and kitchen are fabulous, and all are very well appointed. The radiant floors in the ensuite bath were a nice touch. The location is ideal, you are right on the lake with wonderful views from both inside and out, and despite having neighbors, it feels incredibly private. We had one small mechanical issue which Danielle took care of immediately. they were a pleasure to speak with, and their response time was always nearly immediate. The locals were incredibly friendly, the supermarket is just across the lake, and there's a nice dog park for those bringing their fur babies. We look forward to a returning to this ideal spot.

Michelle was an amazing host, very communicative and proactive. Her place was the perfect and quiet family getaway on a pristine waterfront property. The house was spacious, bright and incredibly clean and very well stocked. We were very impressed by how modern and homely her place was. It was incredibly easy to navigate and use the space. Our two pups really enjoyed their stay as well.

We loved this Air B and B! We had a girls weekend. The decor and ecstatic was amazing. Having a wood burning fireplace roaring while watching the snow fall was pretty spectacular. We felt right at home from the get go. Rhys was also super responsive to our inquiries. The grocery store at Glenburnie is bananas good. They have a butcher shop inside and the meat was incredible. But all of the former good was incredible too. We will totally be back!

My husband and I rented the cottage for a much needed break and it didn't disappoint. It was very peaceful and private. The cottage was beautiful and extremely clean and well stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed sitting down by the water and our dog loved the shallow entry which would be great if you have kids. Judith was very helpful and responsive for any questions we had. I would highly recommend this little piece of paradise if you are in need of a stress free, relaxing time away!

Our stay was great! No issues whatsoever, host was accommodating and friendly, house had everything we needed, we stayed for work, so didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit with wood provided which I thought was very nice of the hosts! Water was not potable but the hosts leave you lots of drinking water, and water to make coffee!!

A wonderful place with a magnificant host. My wife and I had a fantastic time at this gem of a place, making fire by the water and dancing to the tunes, under the moonlight, creating long lasting memorable moments. Fantastic view. Quiet and peaceful. Wonderful host with excellent comunication with everything available for you and more, and being so easy going and friendly. Very clean. Will recommend to all friends and family and will return soon. Thanks Devon!

Hey everyone , Escape from real world is the reason. It’s a beautiful place to stay. I had such a good time at Colombo’s place. Place was clean and nice. We had lot of good time and we created lot of good memories at that pace. Would like to visit again in future. Thank you Colombe for your help!!

Was a great place to host the family from Sault Saint Marie, quiet, close to town, great views of the water and wild life right out side. Enough space to be able to visit and not feel you were on top of each other. Had everything you need to host, cook and relax. Great place would recommend to anyone go and enjoy,

A big shout out to Terry and Becky for being such wonderful hosts. The cottage was was cozy, had all the required amenities and is placed in a mesmerizing location in the lap of nature. The hosts were very responsive, respectful, gave good local recommendations and when we checked out they invited us to visit their lovely horse collection. This is a must visit.

Beautiful and peaceful location right by the lake surrounded by trees. Host was kind and responsive, cabin is older but functional and has everything you need. The view from the balcony overlooks the lake and you can enjoy your meal there or have barbecue. There is also direct access to the lake and you can use the motor boat and the canoes. We were here in the fall with our two dogs and really enjoyed the colors on the trees. Be aware that there are ticks and if you bring a dog, they absolutely need to have protection against ticks. Would recommend to those who appreciate nature and are not looking for luxury but a cozy cabin experience.

Wonderful fall weekend at Leah’s place with a small group of women. The home is absolutely gorgeous and you can tell a lot of thought and care went into the details - we commented all weekend on everything from the artwork to the light fixtures to the rugs to the well-appointed kitchen! The property is stunning, especially in the fall - beautiful view of a quiet lake, large deck, dock, and outdoor firepit area. Appreciated that firewood was supplied and we loved the kayaks! We enjoyed the cozy living room. Lots of space for 5 of us. Close to Bon Echo for hiking and directions were clear so space was easy to find. Highly recommend for any small group getaways!

This beautiful cottage was everything we hoped for and more! The cozy ambiance made it the ideal winter getaway. The sauna was an absolute highlight—relaxing and rejuvenating, especially after spending time outdoors. The host went above and beyond by providing excellent local recommendations, which made exploring the area a breeze. Their attention to detail and care made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. I can't wait to return soon! If you're looking for a serene, comfortable escape with the bonus of a fantastic sauna, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

Thank you Ryan!! This listing is the perfect escape from the city and has EVERYTHING you need. The host was very responsive, walked us through setting up a fire. Even in the craziest of snowstorms it was cozy and warm. Gorgeous decor. Comfortable couch. Couldn't say enough nice words!! Some airbnbs you can tell the host has never actually stayed there because they are missing dishes etc or it's not set up nicely. This place was PERFECT and you can tell the host puts a lot of care into the space and has stayed there themselves. Will have to be back!!!!!!!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay during the last week of August! Some of our favourite parts of the place include: the canoes/kayaks that were available to use at our leisure, the check-in process being seamless, the essentials being provided (all kitchen supplies, beach towels, shower supplies), the other amenities (board games, BBQ). The place itself is quite beautiful. The dock with the chairs, the fire pit (even though we did not use) and the solarium were all stunning. I would just mention that it is a bit smaller of a place inside, so did find it a bit cozy and tight in the rooms. Also, the place is supplied with quite a loud window AC so sometimes it would get a bit loud/warm in the place. However, we would still give the place a 5/5 all things considered.

I would recommend Julie's place to everyone, the location and the lake view was beyond amazing. The house was clean, the host was super responsive when a small alarm was triggered by the tank level, and they even refunded me for one day because of the alarm (I didn't really expect this as it didn't really cause me any trouble.) I would definitely go back to this place.

We absolutely loved our time at Tamara’s property in PEC. The cottage was spacious, well kept, and had all the amenities we needed for our family, including baby gear. The lake access was great and the view (and sunsets!) were incredible. The location is also amazing - just a short drive to Picton, Waupoos and Lake on the Mountain, so there is always something to do. Tamara was a great and responsive host - we can't wait to go back!
