Great place to stay! The room has a comfortable bed, there's a decent size bathroom and tidy kitchen. Akanksha and her husband were really friendly and accommodating. The pets were lovely as well! I recommend staying in this place if visiting Newcastle :)

My work colleague and I needed a place for 4 weeks of work in Newcastle, and Thomas’ place was perfect. Great amenities, well equipped kitchen, with a dining table, lots of space upstairs, effectively we had a floor and bathroom each. The centre of town is only a 20 mins walk. Thomas was a superb host. It’s a charming home. Thanks so much.

Great base for exploring Durham and loads of room for us to relax and spread out. Ample parking, excellent kitchen and facilities and the Christmas tree was a lovely touch.

My second stay at Paul Js beautiful home . Lovely room .( As is in photo) Comfortable bed . Wi Fi . Use of all kitchen facilities with dining table. Lovely bathroom good shower. On a quiet residential street. Walkable in to town .Also a local bus No 1 just around the corner will take you to Central train station/ Coach station close by. A few cafes and takeaways/ Corner shops localy. I would highly recommend a stay here . Very good value for money. Great location. Excellent friendly host. Thank-you N.Lewis.

We stayed 22 nights in this Airbnb and truly felt like we were at home. From the very beginning, communication with Aggie was excellent. Her message was informative and friendly, which gave me confidence in our choice. I mentioned my dust allergy, and she reassured me right away. When we arrived, the house was even cleaner and better maintained than I expected. The house was immaculate, warm, and perfect for our family. The sofa bed in the living room was spacious for me and my 5 year old, and the bedroom had all the amenities for my husband. The bathroom was modern, and the decor made us feel cozy and welcomed. We often forgot we were in an Airbnb, it felt like we were in a friendly home. The family’s dogs were a lovely touch quiet and friendly, adding to the homely feel. Aggie was a true gem, always kind and helpful. We found a new friend, and I can't wait to see her again. Thank you, Aggie, for an unforgettable experience!

Could not fault at all, great house to stay for a weekend in Durham city centre. Perfect for large family.

Ann is very responsive and accomodating. We relied on her instructions re local places to eat and were didn't regret it. We loved the comfortable bed and warm duvet. The room is facing the back garden, so it was absolutely quiet. We had a very good night sleep and carried on to Durham the next morning, very close.

We were totally thrilled to be staying at Candlemakers. Sarah met us with the keys and had decorated the apartment for Christmas. On entering the place was warm and welcoming. Sumptuous bedding and towels. Even a toweling robe and slippers. Everything in the apartment was top quality and anything we needed for our stay was provided. The location couldn’t be better and I can’t praise everything about Candlemakers highly enough. Absolutely highly recommended.

We had a very pleasant stay at Echo’s home. The bedroom and dedicated bathroom were clean and comfortable. Echo was an accommodating host and attentive to our needs. Recommended to other guests!

We booked this last minute and it did not disappoint. Absolutely loved the style, character and look of the place particularly the master bedroom with bath and balcony. It had all the facilities we needed and was dog friendly which was perfect for us! It was in a handy location with easy access to all of the shops, restaurants and bars. The disc parking scheme in Morpeth made it easy to park and we were lucky enough to secure a spot at St James car park which is less that a minutes walk over the road to the house but there are lots of other places in town to park that are in close walking distance. Really hope to visit again in the future.

I’ve stayed at Martin’s place for almost 6 Months, and it was a nice experience. Since i first arrived until now Martin has always been friendly and try to accomodate all my needs. Martin knew the area well and happy to bring me and other guest to some historical places in Northumberland. As a fellow fish and chips enjoyer, Martin took me to some of the best fish and chips spots around. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better host or experience. Martin went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable, and I am truly grateful.

This was my second stay at the house & it was equally as nice as my first. It is so well located for the Metro & easy ( walkable) access to Whiteley Bay which has many nice restaurants. Caitlin is a great host & always responds quickly to any messages. I hope to return again later in the year. Highly recommended. Thanks Tony

Absolutely magic few days staying at David’s Airbnb. Completely recommend. Home is beautiful with several views looking out to sea - while also being stylish and relaxing and lots of light pouring in. Everything in the place is clearly thoughtful and considered. Parking is super convenient with space allocated at the back of the building. A lovely spot too; you can turn left or right out of the house and walk to beaches and eating spots in minutes. Such a friendly area; runners, cyclists and dog walkers aplenty, delicious fish and chips nearby. Will hopefully stay again, thanks David.

Lovely house, with a good and enclosed pet friendly back garden, and the property is very well located for both Bishop Auckland town centre and Kynren.

For any Visitors coming to hunt seaglass in Seaham, this is the place to stay! Down the road from the train station and a mile or so from the beach in town center. No kitchen is needed since there’s many takeaways and if needed you can use the kitchen. Best thing to do is fly to Newcastle get on the metro and get on the train to Seaham and right down the road from the train station is the suite so it couldn’t be any easier! The hosta are absolutely a lovely couple that go out of their way to make sure that you are having a good time! They are very generous and nice. This is my Second stay here and will be coming Back!

This is a perfect place to stay in Newcastle and is the best Airbnb I have stayed in so far anywhere! It was a great experience from start to finish. The apartment is only ten minutes walk from the station/ shops but you are away from any noise/city bustle as it is on a peaceful Georgian square. The apartment is incredibly well furnished and stylishly decorated, very clean and has everything you could possibly need - a very comfortable bed, washing machine, tumble dryer, a coffee machine with coffee, lots of different teas, milk in the fridge. If you wanted to cook it would be easy as there are thoughtful touches like quality olive oil provided for you. The living area was very relaxing and with plenty of comfortable seating, and a TV with various streaming channels. Christian was a wonderful host - he replied quickly to any queries and we appreciated the wine and the hot cross buns he left us. We had a great time and would definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

A casa de Martin é maravilhosa! Passei 2 semanas com ele. Tive alguns dos melhores dias da minha vida no tempo que passei na casa do Martin, ele é uma pessoa incrível! Já estou com saudades, espero muito poder voltar lá um dia. Só tenho a agradecer pela estadia e por tudo que vivi e aprendi com ele, com as pessoas que conheci através dele e durante o tempo que estive em sua casa.
