everything as expected, would stay again

An absolutely stunning accommodation with luxurious amenities (towels, robes, linens, etc.) in a quiet, newly developed neighborhood. Private balcony with jaw-dropping views, including night time star gazing. Outstanding appliances, including deluxe LG washer/dryer and Samsung TV. Plenty of closet storage for two folks. The pantry was stocked as well as one’s permanent, full-time residence. It’s easy to see that the hosts take a lot of thought and care into the property. This was our favorite Air BnB property of all the ones we have enjoyed (and we’ve stayed at some wonderful places). If you’re a couple and this property is available for your trip dates, you win! Thanks again to Mandy for sharing this amazing getaway retreat!

We had a great family vacation to ski. The short walk to the shuttle was fantastic. And the place was exactly what we needed for a week.

C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne chez Thomas. Je suis un amateur de plein air et encore cette année, j'y ai découvert de superbes endroits autour du logement pour pratiquer la randonnée et le ski backcountry avec de magnifiques points de vue. Aussi, à 40 minutes de route du logement, le long de la route 40, on trouve des stationnements nous donnant accès au ski backcountry. Je suis également allé faire du kite ski en haut de la trail Butler Gulch (35 minutes de route) avec des paysages magnifiques. Le logement est propre et possède tout ce qu'on a besoin pour un long séjour. Thomas est un hôte accommodant et sensible à tous nos besoins. Afin de profiter à plein des activités de plein air au Colorado, c'est certain que je choisirais encore de demeurer dans le logement de Thomas.

Awesome, and would return! Three of us stayed at Katie's place for a 4-day ski trip to Winter Park. The location was great -- 15-minute drive to the mountain, a grocery store nearby. The apartment itself is wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked, the living room has a large couch and a big TV, and the dining area had a table plenty large enough for our needs. The two bedrooms are large enough and the beds comfortable. We didn't use the triple bunk bed in the hallway, but it looked cool. The bathrooms were clean. The hot tub on the balcony is a great amenity! The apartment is lightly furnished/decorated, though without anything major missing; it felt homey enough. It was easy to get into the apartment and into the private garage (which saved our car from getting snowed in). Katie was responsive and helpful. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely return.

Nice two bedroom apartment with generous living and kitchen. Nothing fancy, but very comfortable. The bus to Winter Park picks up in the parking lot. So easy.

We had a great time while staying here. The Place comfortably slept 6 adults and had a nice living area to hang out after a day of skiing and cook your own dinner in the full kitchen. The furnishings were great for a ski town, and we especially loved the easy access to Perk coffee, which is a 1 minute walk. There is also a grocery store about 3 minute walk away. The drive to Winter Park main base was about 10 minutes, making it easy in the moring to get to the hill when the lift opens.

We loved this beautiful, cozy condo! The ski in/out access was very easy (although it’s worth noting that if you have a beginner skier in your group you won’t be able to access ski-in because it requires intermediate skill, but beginners will be able to ski out at least!) and SO convenient. We loved being able to go back to the condo to take a ski break in our own cozy surroundings. The place is small but still feels spacious, with a really big bathroom and plenty of closet space. I loved having the tiny kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out for every single meal. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Devon's condo is in the Zephr Mountain Lodge, only a few steps from ski rentals and lifts! The location made our ski weekend so perfect. The home is very comfortable and has all the little things you could need. Beds are comfy! Devon is super responsive and helpful host as well. We hope to be back next year!

Great place to stay even with two kids had plenty of room for family.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Justin’s place. Perfect for families. It always has everything we need. Extra amenities for cooking like spices and oil. Games, books, extra chargers, bath soap/shampoo and the washer and dryer is the best perk! We will definitely stay here again. Justin is very helpful and responsive. Our favorite place to stay at Meadowridge and I’ve stayed in 5 other different ones!

Condo is in great condition. Very clean and spacious. Location was great near multiple buses to get to mountain. Location was also good due to location to food etc. Only thing you need to know is you will hear the garage. Small thing in the grand scheme of things.

We enjoyed our stay in at Jennifer’s place in Grandy! Jennifer was responsive and her place was perfect for our stay.

We flew in from Florida for a family reunion & ski weekend. Our original rental couldn’t accommodate our group so we added this rental in the neighborhood over. Super pleased with convenient location near the Orange bus line to EVERYTHING. The host allowed us to check in a little early and even offered to let us store our bags until our train home. Overall it was perfect for our extra family. Definitely recommend.

Cozy place in a great location. Just down the road from the shuttle stop and the rec center. Hiking/mtbing trail access practically out the front door! Easy walking distance to the store, shops and restaurants.

This condo was located in just the perfect spot for all of our Winter Park activities! It was just a 10 minute drive from the base, and less than a 10 minute drive to great restaurants and grocery stores. The condo itself was clean and had everything (plus more) we could think to need! Check in and check out were easy, too. I wish I would’ve planned a longer trip so we could stay for more than just one night! The only thing to note that I couldn’t find anywhere on the listing is that the pool/hot tub area closes at 10 pm. Overall, great stay and great experience with Cenee and Brett!

We decided to pack our bags and head to Colorado for Spring Break! As a family of 4 this spot was perfect! Allison was incredibly helpful and so responsive. The condo was just perfect, clean, had everything needed to cook and relax. My girls loved playing outside in the snow by the stream! I can always appreciate an Airbnb that has those small extra touches as well ( a jar of hair ties goes a long way!) We had such great weather and snow my husband wanted to sneak one last ride in and Allison gave us a late check out before our next stop, Steamboat Springs! Thanks again for sharing your home. We will definitely book this spot again!

What a find! 10 to 15 minutes away from Winter Park Ski Resort. Close to the grocery store and fine dining. The place was cozy and we felt right at home. Looking forward to staying again.

We had a fabulous stay at Laura's condo. Our teen boys could walk or take the shuttle to Winter Park to snowboard - and because it was so close, they popped back to the condo to play darts, rest, and eat before returning for afternoon laps! The condo was very inviting and had what we needed. Laura provided a guidebook with great recommendations which made it easy to decide how to spend our free time. The dogs loved the nearby trail system. The kids asked to return next year - so it was a 10/10!!

Perfect spot for a ski weekend! Five minute drive to wp parking, or walk like fifty feet to the old town shuttle stop. Sheri’s place comfortably fit four of us between the bedroom, pullout couch, and air mattress. The kitchen was super well equipped (we had a couple big breakfasts and did steaks one night). Everything was clean and working. Could not have found a better airbnb!
