Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Männern bei Kati zu Gast und hatten eine großartige Zeit. Das Haus war nicht nur wunderschön, sondern entsprach auch genau den Bildern und der Beschreibung – geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die herzliche und aufmerksame Art von Kati. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar, hat sich um all unsere Anliegen gekümmert und uns mit wertvollen Tipps versorgt. Dadurch haben wir uns von Anfang an willkommen und rundum wohlgefühlt. Insgesamt hat die Unterkunft all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, und wir können sowohl das Haus als auch Kati als Gastgeberin uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

Verkehrsgünstige Stilvolle Oase

To start with, My wife and 11 month old son arrived a day before me to this amazing stay and Mike picked them up from airport , he even went and bought a car seat ! The house itself is very private , parking is perfect specially if you are from another country , don’t have to worry about Emissions decals or so, i parked my Jeep Wrangler and still had plenty of space left … it worked out well since train station is about 10 mins away . Very clean and comfortable beds , and the space is insane! The children’s room is connected to the master room which is perfectly ideal for new parents. Kitchen has every tool needed to survive anything! Living room is huge ! Heater works perfectly! Access to the house is very easy ! Host is Helpful and Caring! What more can you ask for?

Karin's place was perfect for our ski trip. It was spacious, clean, and in great condition. We enjoyed the soft tub and the sauna after skiing each day. The location was great too - close to the train station (but we didn't hear the trains at night) and a short walk to a free bus that's just a couple minutes from the gondola. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great stay!

Alles entspricht den Fotos, wir haben uns sofort in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel, dennoch sind Parks, Restaurants, Supermärkte usw nah und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist sehr gut. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um München zu erkunden - und abends freut man sich, den Tag in der Wohnung ausklingen zu lassen.

Great Airbnb for family. The location is perfect, close to the train station and the main street - Ludwig street. We were being warmly welcomed by Marina and Konstantin. Moreover, Marina provided us several local recommendations. We enjoyed staying here. This ended up the most favourite Airbnb of my family among their stays in Europe. Thank you Marina and Konstantin :)

The apartment is an amazing place to spend a wonderful holiday in Going. The accommodation is perfectly located. It is super clean and neat, well equipped and very stylish with a gorgeous view. Communication was very easy. Jessica was very welcoming and supportive. All in all a fantastic place to stay. We highly recommend.

Die Wohnung von Mathias hat uns gut gefallen, besonders die Lage mit gutem U-Bahnanschluss,fussläufig erreichbaren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viel Grün aussenrum.Parkplatz war gut zu finden,danach haben wir das Auto stehen gelassen.Die Kommunikation mit Mathias war prima.

Spacious light flat with everything you need. Beautiful view on the meadows. Walking distance to the lake and close to the supermarket and train station. Our two kids loved it too, and appreciated the games. Can highly recommend!

Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt, super gemütlich, hell und mit tollem Blick über dir Stadt. Die Einrichtung ist clean und gemütlich. Die Umgebung ist sehr nett - Frühstück im Café Sommer, Abendessen im Ahimsa - und mit der Ubahn ist die Altstadt in nur 2 Haltestellen zu erreichen.

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

We had a fantastic stay with Thomas and Manuela! They are not only great hosts but also genuinely kind and thoughtful people. The apartment was neat, cozy, and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. What truly stood out was their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth experience. We encountered an unexpected issue when our long-term apartment booking fell through, and they took the time to talk with us, offering their support in case we got stranded or needed help. Their kindness and generosity made a big difference during a stressful time. On top of that, we loved the delicious bread they provided for breakfast—it was a perfect start to our mornings! Highly recommend staying with them. Thank you, Thomas and Manuela, for everything!

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

Kathi ist ein sehr freundlicher Mensch. Sie hat sich immer schnell gemeldet, war immer hilfsbereit und hat sich um alles gekümmert, sodass man auch für längere Aufenthalte gut versorgt ist. Ich habe mich wirklich wie zuhause gefühlt.

Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienunterkunft haben wir sehr genossen. Es war alles vorhanden was benötigt wird uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Yvonne war ein super Host und hat uns freundlichst begrüßt. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und geräumig. Mehr als genug Platz für bis zu 4 Leute. Die Terasse ist wirklich traumhaft, mit bergblick in alle Richtungen. Der Ort ist schnell zu erreichen, und ist in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft.

Stephan’s apartment is very lovely and comfortable. My family of five stayed during Christmas and we had such a wonderful stay. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The heating works very well, as it was quite cold. The convenience of the tram directly outside the front of the building was wonderful. We would certainly stay again.

Die Unterkunft von Lisa und Julian ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und mit allem was man für einen sorglosen und angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht ausgestattet. Es war alles super sauber und wir wurden sogar mit einem kleinen Willkommenspaket an Getränken und kleinem Snack herzlich empfangen. Obwohl die Lage sehr gut und nah an der Hauptstraße ist, ist es absolut ruhig und entspannend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können das Tiny House wärmstens empfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, modern, sauber und man fühlt sich direkt sehr wohl. Martin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Unterkunft, die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und die Ausstattung super. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Reichersbeuern und Bäckerei, Metzger etc. sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben von den Gastgebern zudem sehr hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflugsziele erhalten.
