We had an amazing time staying at Lucy's beachfront Airbnb! We spent a month there and loved waking up to the stunning sunrise every morning. The apartment was perfect for our family of four, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lucy was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We would absolutely love to return for another beach getaway!

Perfect place to stay if visiting Shoal bay. Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Lovely clean apartment with a beautiful balcony. Great host, responsive to messages very helpful, would recommend this apartment.

Donna's place was fantastic for our family get together after visiting Newcastle for the day. It is in a great location, close to the beach with a great coffee shop down stairs. The apartment is spacious with great views. Donna is a very responsive host and extremely flexible with check in and check out. We will be back.

Great spot, large, clean and easily accessible via public transport. The female baths and food strip, as well as the grassy areas by the beach were all brilliant. Better than Bondi.

What a find! We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. Nestled in a prime location, it's just a stone's throw from all the amenities of Newport yet feels remarkably peaceful and private. The views from the apartment are nothing short of spectacular, providing a stunning backdrop to our getaway. One of the highlights was the private beach, which we often had all to ourselves. There’s something incredibly serene about enjoying a beach day without the crowds. The apartment itself is exquisitely designed, boasting high-quality furniture, sheets, and towels that made our stay even more comfortable. We truly had everything we needed for a wonderful few days of relaxation and enjoyment. We can't wait to return to this delightful spot – it’s become a treasured memory for us! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect escape.

This gorgeous 2 bedroom unit right on the beach was exactly what we were after for our long weekend away. Easy access to the beach down the stairs, keyless entry to the unit, a carspace, very clean - lots of extra towels etc and well equiped unit with lots of kitchen and bathroom extras. Walking distance to cafe’s and restaurants. View from the balcony was gorgeous and private.

Great apartment in the heart of Bondi. Just be prepared for finding parking if you rent a car. Bondi is very lively, the apartment is quiet once you close the windows. It’s a beautiful apartment for a couple.

Lovely home as shown in the pictures, air cons in every room - nice and clean. Little things such as a games and a welcoming message to go that little bit further than most hosts show they care about their guests, easy check in and great communication 10/10

We had a beautiful relaxing stay here for a girls weekend! Such beautiful views and the house was very comfortable and spacious. House was a little difficult to find at first using GPS and also for our grocery delivery, but once we were there using Michael’s instructions it was fine. About a 10 minute walk to the beach or short 2 minute drive. During our stay we got a local masseuse to come to the house for massages which was a real treat, Kat’s remedial massage, highly recommend she was absolutely amazing and located on the same street. We would definitely come and stay again if we were in the area! Thanks Michael!!

Absolutely loved this place. The location was amazing and the house is beautiful with everything you need. Beds are comfy and showers are amazing. Love the washer dryer too. So handy. The location is as described, literally a 60 second walk to the beach. Cafes and restaurants all close by too. Such a beautiful little town. Lots of opp shops and boutiques. The only issues we had were with the front gate not opening and closing properly and the wifi wasn't always working but I think reception in general isn't the best in the area. Definitely be back again.

We love spending time beach time, we have made it an annual holiday tradition! Geoff and Kellie do an amazing job and the house is beautiful! It’s a home away from home and you feel safe visiting with your dogs. We hate leaving and count down the days till we are back again.

This great traditional style beach shack is the perfect getaway to recharge or quiet place to work. It’s right on the beach and has everything you are likely to need. The kitchen is basic but very equipped. Ran out of time to kayak but will do so next time. The host was great to deal with.

We had an amazing weekend at Carol’s place relaxing , listening to the waves and enjoying being by the beach. Everything was perfect- thank you so much! We’ll be back soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alan’s place. He is a great host, provided clear instructions on how to access the property and helpful guide book once we had access to the place. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend Alan’s place if anyone is looking for a temporary stay in Dee Why.

Glen’s place was in a great location, and he was kind enough to let me check in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated. It’s very easy to get to from the airport, and there are lots of cute cafes and dining spots in the area. I hadn’t explored this side of Sydney before and truly enjoyed discovering it. The space is small but ideal for a solo traveller or a couple who plans to spend most of their time out and doesn’t need to cook much beyond tea or a sandwich. While it’s an interior studio and faces a wall -it is surrounded by beautiful plants, including a lovely monstera, so it feels quite private and green. The washing machine is a fantastic perk, and although there are occasional announcements from the nearby centre, I didn’t find them disruptive. The only things I would tweak are the gap between the bed and the wall, which makes it a bit less comfortable when sitting up, and the lighting—I would have liked a stronger light source. Perfect for a short stay.

Penny’s place was so perfect for our family of four. With two little kids the separate sleeping spaces worked so well, and the little playroom was such a perfect addition to keep them happy. The apartment is small, but with everything there is to do in Sydney we weren’t spending too much time inside anyways, but the huge outdoor patio which overlooked the ocean in the distance was an amazing addition. Penny was so helpful and responsive and such a pleasure to engage with. The location was a 15 minute walk to Coogee Beach, and about 20-30 minutes to other amazing neighborhoods around the city. It was a perfect place for our visit.

Leah and Mark’s apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Shoal Bay, with everything you need just steps away—restaurants, cafés (ideal for your morning coffee and cake), IGA supermarket, newsagent, chemist, ice cream shop and Aussie Bob’s Fish and Chips just around the corner. One of the highlights is the private balcony with stunning views over the bay—a perfect spot to sit back, relax and soak it all in. Mark was polite, responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth and easy, thanks to the clear instructions provided. The apartment itself was spotless upon arrival, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a spa and a super comfortable king-size bed. Our stay at “The View” was truly enjoyable and memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to return, and we highly recommend both the apartment and the wonderful hosts, Leah and Mark.

All the wonderful reviews are accurate so I won't repeat them except to say that this has been added to our short list of places we would love to return to. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked for guests that want to cook. And a welcome basket was supper appreciated. We did have a car but with a bit of research into what has been said on this by Emily and others, and an ability and willingness to walk including hills, you could do this without the cost of a car. The buses are great! Even with a car, we ended up taking the bus to Manly to catch the ferry to Sydney for the day. Saved on parking in Manly for sure! We especially enjoyed the lovely sea view, walking to the rock swim pools at Whale Beach (and driving to others to swim) and finding great places to explore, walk and eat.

Incredible location. Great apartment. Has everything you need. Beautiful old Bondi block. Wish I lived in this apartment! Will hopefully be back.

Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone visiting Sydney! Al was amazing - so accomodating and quick to respond to any questions we have. The place was in a great location and very clean. Perfect for a quick, affordable weekend getaway! So easy to get there from their airport and there are bus stops and the train station right out the front. We would definitely consider staying here again if we ever come back to Sydney. Thank you Al!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s place in Queenscliff. It’s a short and easy 4-minute walk to Queenscliff Beach, which shares a cove with Manly Beach. A little further down is Shelly Beach with calm waters… perfect for a swim after a nice walk. We plan to go back in October and will stay in this lovely apartment once again. Without a doubt.
