My family and I had a wonderful time and would recommend to anyone looking to spend time by the beach in Hong Kong. The rooftop view was amazing, especially at sunrise, and close walk to the beach as advertised. Also, more convenient than I thought to get in town by mini-bus or taxi. Iris was very proactive in communicating before and during the trip. Our vacation felt like home in Hong Kong.

Great place but tiny tiny tiny bathroom. It’s certainly not like western bathrooms but it served its purpose and I made it work. The location and size of the place cannot be beat so I definitely would recommend this place for couples/friends or family traveling together. The stairs are no joke. A 3 story walk up in there isn’t bad but with a large 50lb luggage, it can be rough. All that to say, I would stay here again. I traveled as a solo female and felt very safe even returning late at night. I loved that it’s near the wholesale fruit market and I feel like it’s a unique part of Hong Kong everyone should see.

Fantastic property we had a wonderful stay

Really nice place, we have little kids so we were especially cautious about hygiene, the place was so clean that we walked on barefoot and no issue. The host Vivian was really friendly, and the helper was helpful and friendly also. We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommend

我们家庭在这里度过了很愉快的假期。周围自然环境宜人，很安静，邻居超级nice，为我们提供很多帮助。给我们当地绿色的士的联系方式，出行很方便，直接到达地铁站。在寸土寸金的香港，这个价格非常亲民。小朋友在海边尽情玩耍，还可以烧烤。免费提供浆板，这次去天气还有点冷，没有玩。如果夏天住在这里，会更好玩。
