booked this homestay due to CNY visiting purposes in Jb. quite a last minute plan but i must say i am lucky to get this unit. the host is responsive and friendly. the unit is clean and tidy and honestly, its beyond my expectations for this unit. the place is quiet too but the only inconvenience is the lift service. the lifts are too slow and 3/4 is working but slow. this area are near all the famous malls and mount austin area too. honestly, if i would to stay in Jb again i will definitely come back to this unit again!

Stayed on a fri to sat. Among all my JB stays i think this is the most atas, most convenient and safest. Security guards legit got patrol one. It's very walkable and with multiple entrances unlike typical malaysia condos w only 1 or 2 entrances into the compound. Legit got maintenance staff cleaning, trimming plants etc. Many singaporean-to-do-things within walking distance: cafe, massage, karaoke, bars, haircut. Night time no cars one. Until can freely walk along the road. And somehow, here the staff are quite english-speaking. Indians, filipinos etc. This condo the pattern resembles another condo i booked for penang: atas, got simi gourmet kitchen, reading room, sky garden etc. Only thing we stayed tower B which was a bit inside. But regardless, towers A to C are all very walkable. Just ask the guards.

Wonderful Stay at Nikki’s Place! I had a fantastic stay at Nikki’s listing in Malaysia! The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby malls. One of the highlights of my stay was the gym facilities. The equipment was well-maintained, and it was great to have a space to work out during my trip. It definitely added to the overall experience! Nikki was an excellent host who is responsive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any queries. The amenities provided made my stay comfortable, and the ambiance of the place was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Malaysia. Thank you, Nikki, for the wonderful hospitality! I would definitely book again in the future.

the toys, games in tv, uno card did a great job keeping the children (and adults) occupied. each extra mattress has its own linen and blanket. a bit letdown was the microwave as it was not working, food not heating up.however, i believe the host will fix that. overall, we hd a great stay and will definitely check this place availability if we return here. thank you

We have two children under two - and Kayden's place was perfect - large flat bathroom, cot, a bed which is easy for a toddler to climb on and off safely. With plenty of bedroom space to add another 4 adults if needed. Decor was very thoughtful for young children to enjoy themselves - the slide, little table and chairs, kitchen set and little tent all went a long way in keeping our toddler occupied. 🙏

Great stay, awesome house. This house is really an entertainment place to come with family as fully furnished with facilities like electronic gadgets, pool, karaoke, kids area and board game. Everything is perfect, my parents and kid love it so much. Owner is very nice and friendly. Definitely will come again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Just back from this beautiful homestay. We were very happy to stay in this big, spacious, nicely decorated and homely house. First of all, the house was very clean and tidy, and it looked exactly the same as shown in pictures. Secondly, the price was reasonable. All amenities stated were provided. All the bedrooms were equipped with air-conditioning as well as ceiling fan. The house owner was very nice,helpful and provided fast response to our needs. Highly recommended! And we will come back again next time =)

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly responsive and even suggested some unique food experiences, like ordering a lok lok car from JB at a very reasonable price—such a great idea! The place was clean, the fridge kept our drinks ice cold, and there was an ice box for extra storage. One of the highlights was the karaoke system—it was amazing! Almost every song we wanted was available, making our karaoke sessions super fun. I'm also really thankful that the host was so accommodating and arranged an additional Mahjong table for us A taller pillow option would be great, as some of us weren’t used to sleeping on very low pillows. We also found that there weren't enough blankets for all 24 of us—one of my friends was even calling out for a blanket the next morning! There may not have been enough pillows for those on the sofa bed, though no one really complained about it Overall, a wonderful stay with a thoughtful host. Just a few small tweaks, and it’d be perfect

A nice place to stay and got a lot of things can play inside. The pool table and mahjong table etc. Recommended and will go again next time for party!
