Wir hatten einen herzlichen Empfang und eine brillante Kommunikation während unseres Aufenthaltes. Es wurde direkt geholfen, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten :-) Die Lage des Hauses ist in der schönen Natur Vranas und man kann dem Trubel entfliehen. Der eigene Pool trägt dazu bei. Zudem hat man einen Außengrill, um die schönen Abende abzurunden. Des Weiteren ist ein neues, zusätzliches Badezimmer vorhanden, welches auf den Bildern noch nicht erkenntlich ist! Es wird aber dringend ein Auto empfohlen, um Supermärkte, Strände usw. zu erreichen. Alles in Einem, war es ein super Aufenthalt und wir würden wiederkommen :-)

Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay and experience at the villa. We were a family of 7 adults and a child and there was something for everyone. A clean and beautiful swimming pool, a pool table, a table tennis and a playground. This is a very spacious villa with two independent levels. The main kitchen was outside providing extra socialising space. Actually this is where we spent most of our time. Very calm area in a country side. You will need a car to move around with the closest supermarket and fish shop at 15 minutes drive. Very nice restaurants on the coast and surrounding villages. Our experience went beyond our expectations and we are seriously thinking of coming back. The checkin was very easy with clear instructions with the host waiting for us despite a delayed and late arrival. Always available to answer any question. A wonderful experience and thank you Ante.

Unsere Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Die Lage ist ruhig und entspannt, und dennoch nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Meer entfernt. Der Service war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Nada was the most lovely person, welcoming us to the apartment. She invited us to pick fresh limes. Josip was extremely responsive. Lovely clean and comfortable place

Super Unterkunft. Der Außenbereich ist wirklich super. Der Innenbereich ist simpel, aber man hat alles was man braucht

The house was amazing, like shown on the pictures. Everything was clean at our arrival and the host was reachable. The beach was easy reachable by foot. The jacuzzi, pool and sauna worked really well. We enjoyed our stay

Die Unterkunft von Martin war wirklich super schön. Die Lage ist super wenn man mal etwas abschalten möchte und trotzdem auch mal ab und zu etwas unternehmen möchte wie zum Beispiel der Nationalpark oder eine Bootsfahrt in Zadar. Martin ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der einen herzlich willkommen heißt mit Getränken und Essen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Lovely appartment in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to the sea and in walking distance from the old town. Dario was quick and friendly. Great host and great accommodation!

Smjestaj je bio saaavrsen. Parking slobodan odmah ispred zgrade, Joanna i Ana su odmah odgovorile kad je trebalo. Dolazak jako jednostavan. Jako cist i prostran stan na sjajnoj lokaciji.

Wij verbleven 2 nachten in het appartement van Zlata. We kwamen eigenlijk te vroeg aan, maar werden zeer vriendelijk door haar ontvangen. Ze nam uitgebreid de tijd om het appartement te laten zien en gaf ons een hele hoop tips en info over de omgeving. Het appartement was zeer schoon en leuk ingericht. We raden dit appartement aan!

We had a very pleasant 5 nights stay, the appartement is located in a quiet residential area with lot of stores around. Full kitchen, nice modern bathroom, very clean and comfy rooms. Building is very easy to access. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the local bus or Uber made it really easy to go on other cities nearby, or you can take a nice walk right to the beach! Mirjana and her family are very warm persons, wou will be welcomed with homemade cookies, products in the fridge and fruits from the garden. Sometimes when you come back home you will find some sweets in front of your door! We recommend this experience with a well deserved 5 stars 🌟

Josip was very kind and welcomed us even before the check-in indicated on the App. The apartment was big, had a nice living room. The kitchen had everything you might need! The balcony had enough space for 3 - 4 people to sit and even some clothes to be laid out! We got some restaurant and beaches suggestions and the options were really worth it! Not so close to the centre, but a few minutes away by car from it. Definitely recommended if you hop in Zadar!

Valentina ist ein super Host! Sie hat auf alle Anliegen stets direkt geantwortet, Auskunft gegeben und sich nach uns erkundigt. Wirklich super lieb und aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein! Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und liegt wie beschreiben 15min vom Wasser entfernt. Bis zur Altstadt wären es 40 min zu Fuß, mit dem Auto nur ein paar Minuten bis zu einem kostenlosen Parkplatz. Für uns war das genau perfekt! Es waren ein paar fremde Haare im Bad und auf dem Sofa. Abgesehen davon war die Unterkunft sauber und mit dem notwenigsten Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Es wurde Strand Equipment zur Verfügung gestellt, wovon wir positiv überrascht waren. Das Airbnb ist recht dunkel aufgrund der ebenerdigen Lage und der Nachbarhäuser. Uns hat das nicht gestört und im Sommer ist es bestimmt angenehm kühl. Uns hat es gut gefallen und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Vor allem ist der Kontakt mit Valentina sehr freundlich und einfach!

The outdoor space is fantastic and a great place to use as a home base for your trip. We loved the pool and deck. The sea is less than 5 minutes down the road and an easy walk (including with a stroller) to a rocky beach that’s very swimmable. There are bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and pharmacy within easy walking distance as well. Our group rented the whole house which is broken up into three two bedroom apartments and easily fit our group of 9, while still allowing for some privacy across the 3 families. We were able to park 3 cars without issue. Wifi works well as did appliances. The house is in a residential neighborhood so quiet times are enforced, particularly outdoor noise after 10pm. Ida and her family were responsive and the house was as advertised. Thanks for your hospitality!

L’appartement est magnifique avec une vue sur la mer incroyable ! Les commerces de proximité peuvent se faire à pied (dont une boucherie de qualité) Parking voiture est un plus :-) La climatisation dans toutes les pièces ! Les 3 vélos à disposition nous ont bien servis : les balades le long de la côte me manqueront ! La plage au bout du quai avec le beach bar ! Les recommendations de Marko ont toutes été de qualité : la sortie en bateau était géniale ! Nous avons adoré le fait d’être sur une île : c’est tout de suite plus paisible Que du bonheur !!!!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Unterkunft! Die Ausstattung ist top, man hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Der beheizbare Pool war super. Das Haus ist modern und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt!

Wspaniałe miejsce zarządzane przez przesympatycznych właścicieli. Lokalizacja Villi znakomita, widok na panoramę gór. Ogromny basen, przestronny dom z wieloma atrakcjami. Kontakt z Anką świetny. Polecam każdemu, idealne miejsce na wypoczynek w Chorwacji!

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad bij Villa Marija. Het is een erg mooie villa, rustig gelegen. Heel mooi uitzicht. We konden eerder inchecken, dat was erg fijn. We kregen nog goede tips voor restaurants in de buurt. Al met al een hele fijne vakantie gehad!

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

Parfait! La communication nickel, si on avait besoin de quelque chose on l’avait, elle répondait directement. Le logement était hyper propre, la piscine entretenue TOUS les jours sans pour autant nous « déranger ». Quand nous sommes arrivés il y avait à boire et à manger dans le frigo. Tous les équipements essentiels étaient présents. Andrea avait envoyé des recommandations d’activités ou de restaus à faire, la villa à une vue incroyable et dégagée, le soleil tape bien sur la piscine et cela rendait la maison super lumineuse. La piscine était chauffée, nous avons pu nous baigner même à 23h, c’était parfait. Le village est calme, nos voisins étaient des moutons et des poules, c’était paisible et relaxant. Le logement est a 20 minutes de Zadar et à 1h30 de Split, les magasins sont aussi assez proche. Il est essentiel de louer une voiture selon moi. Bref, je recommande a 100% ce logement. Dino war ein super Gastgeber und hat immer sofort auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten. Die Lage ist perfekt wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte, ein toller Ausblick und unser Highlight war die Sommerküche mit riesigem Grill was meinem Mann besonders gut gefallen hat. Und der Infinitypool war einfach wow. Mit Sicherheit waren wir nicht das letzte Mal dort - wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.
