2 bedroom penthouse apt 10 mins to city and hydro.

This is a light and airey penthouse apt with an open plan lounge/kitchen modern furnishings and floor to ceiling windows with Juliet balconies. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, an ensuite bathroom and plenty of wardrobe and hanging space. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, built in mirrored wardrobe and an adjacent shower room. Both bedrooms have 32 inch TVs. The fully integrated kitchen has all the required utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave glassware etc. There is secure parking and an elevator.

Ideally located on the waterfront in central Helensburgh, ensuring the towns many excellent restaurants & bars and amenities are easily accessible. The apartment has a large open plan living room, with dining area and fully fitted modern kitchen. The 2 bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The bathroom has a corner bath, and also a large separate shower cubicle.

The 2 bedroom apartment is in a smart new building, (the upper right hand flat in the photo) newly built by the architect owners, Gareth and Andrea. It is a short walk from the restaurants, pubs and wine bars of the town. Despite being centrally located the building is on a quiet street and the apartment has 2 off street parking spaces. The apartment is on the first floor, a private entrance leads up a wide staircase to a bright south-facing living space containing a fully equipped kitchen.
