Merci encore, tout était super. Nous reviendrons volontier. Okat est un hôte sympathique et serviable, il parle bien l anglais, ce qui est très appréciable! Nous sommes venus avec nos 2 chiens pour un week end de découverte de la région, et cette maison a vraiment été un petit coin de paradis. PS: Pour la nourriture, il y a la possibilité de commander de la nourriture Thaï en demandant au propriétaire, mais aussi de la nourriture western en demandant directement au restaurant : "Le petit Saint-Tropez", ils livrent à domicile et c est vraiment délicieux !

The place is great for family and couple, quiet and peaceful. New place and walkable to everything restaurant bar and beach highly recommend this place.

Having stayed in over 20 Airbnb across Samui I can honestly say I loved this place. When I first opened the door I thought “wow it’s small” but it quickly became obvious that it was very well thought out and very comfortable with everything you need. I found it to be very quiet and peaceful and with the addition of a brand new mattress I had great sleeps. The location is ideal with everything in walking distance, and plenty of motorbike rentals around if you want to venture further away. The host is a smart lady who communicates quickly and efficiently. If it wasn’t for the fact she had another booking I would have stayed longer.

I really enjoyed my stay at DB Studios. The place was exactly as described and the pictures. It was peaceful and I enjoyed hearing the birds outside my balcony. My room was facing the entrance with a balcony which also had a view of the pool and guest lounge area. The location was in a good spot in Lamai. I was able to walk to almost everything. I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you. :)

Martin went above and beyond for us, promptly answering every email; we felt genuinely cared for. The apartment provided everything we needed in a clutter-free environment. It featured two bathrooms, a spacious open-plan kitchen, and living room, as well as stunning views of both the sea and countryside. The area embodied authentic Thailand – remote and less convenient than we’re accustomed to, but purposefully distanced from tourist hubs. A handful of beach bars are available. I recommend trekking down the entire beach and stocking up at the Saturday market. After a rejuvenating month-long stay, we leave fully recharged, ready to embrace stimulation once more. The residence's pool is beautiful, and our two small children enjoyed swimming, much to the slight annoyance of only a couple of foreigners! Thanks, Martin, for your emotional support. 😂 We'll forever cherish our time here – life is good!

I have been to the region a few times now, and I have never had such a great accommodation as this one. It is incredibly perfectly located, with the pool overlooking the sea; if you are a maximum of two people, this is the perfect place to stay. Everything noteworthy is nearby. Communication with the landlord is an absolute dream; everything is taken care of. I can really only recommend this accommodation; unfortunately, the pictures do not convey how beautiful it really is here.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Perfekt aufgeteilt. Zwei getrennte Zimmer mit Bad, WC und Dusche / Kleiderschrank ( Klima & Ventilatoren) absolute Privatsphäre :-) Großzügiger Wohnbereich mit Küche mit 2 großen Ventilatoren. Eigene Terrasse inkl.Sitzgruppe und Liegen mit Zugang zum gemeinschaftlichen Pool. regelmäßige Poolreinigung und 1x die Woche Reinigung und Wechsel von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Stromverbrauch wird zusätzlich abgerechnet ! Sehr ruhige, aber zentrale Lage. wenige Gehminuten zum Strand. 7/11 Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zur Selbstverpflegung. Wir sagen herzlichen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt.

The apartment was brand new and really clean. Loved our view from the balcony and was in a great location for things to do.
