Wonderful place to stay. All of the little touches went above and beyond our expectations. We had perfect weather for sitting under the lights in the backyard and around the fire. It was exactly what we needed and perfect for our large group. Jamie was awesome. Don’t think twice about it and just book here. You won’t regret it. Our three year old daughter is still asking if we can go back “to the house with the stairs.”

I keep coming back because the whole is so much greater than the parts: yes, it's clean, Linda's friendly & responsive, the location/privacy's great, good parking, etc. but the extras are what stand out: a family vibe, right down to being included in family dinners! Easy, laid-back routine, on-site "pet therapy." Between her, her family, and the other guests, it's a good swath of folks from whom to get recommendations or simply enjoy good conversation. I like how easy it is to get to and from the airport, too.

June is a fantastic communicator and made the check-in process very easy. Her home is beautiful and she is very welcoming. I stayed in the Saint Kitts room which was right next to a private bathroom on the first floor. Outstanding value for a private room in a beautiful home. I highly recommend!!

The place was very at home as soon as pulling in! It accommodated my fiancé and I, our friend, and our fur baby German shepherd. It had a perfect yard for him to stretch his legs, and very nice open floor plan, perfect place for your fur babies! The bathrooms and bedrooms were stocked past expectations, including kitchen and laundry supplies. Super clean and homey! Very easy and clear instructions for your stay and will absolutely pay another visit my next opportunity:) Bonus points for host being very communicative and friendly!! 11/10 recommend!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Manika's house. Manika is a great host and was very welcoming. I felt right at home. Manika was happy to chat with me and also happy to leave me to do my own thing. I found Manika easy to talk to and we had plenty of conversation. Manika was helpful in suggesting local places to eat and also local places to visit. I planned to cook one evening and Manika kindly offered to cook for us both. Manika also kindly made breakfast in the morning and invited me to join with her family to watch the Eclipse and share a meal with family members that same evening. I found Manika to be very hospitable and the room, bathroom etc. were all very comfortable. Thanks for making me so welcome in your home.

Ms. Heidi and Mr. Cail were wonderful Airbnb hosts. Everything was as described and any issues that came up with the room were quickly resolved. I stayed for 11 weeks for an internship in the area and could not ask for a better home away from home. Thank you again! :-)

This was a Very comfortable stay. First experience renting just the room and I was so nervous but June and Ken have such relaxed and Loving spirits they made it feel like uncle and aunt house for me. I would definitely come back.

My stayed my June and Ken is an amazing experience. They're friendly and provide anything I requested. Additional, they treated me like a family. Ken's cooking is off the chart. His oxtail with beans and rice is mouth watering.

Stephanie's an excellent host; responsive and attentive! The house is warming, the bedding was heavenly comfortable, the kitchen's exceptional, the amenities were awesome and above all - THE LOCATION is 1 in a million! So convenient! Would absolutely book again!!
