Kevin's place is spacious and make us feel like home. Kevin is responsive and helpful. When we told him something in need, he arrange that for us quickly even it is on boxing day. Highly recommend Kevin's place and I would like to stay again when I come to Melbourne next time.

We needed a self contained apartment in a hurry for a week, that offered secure parking, accessibility to shops etc, that had AC, kitchen facilities and washing machine. Joannes place had it all. It was just what we needed. Thanks for a good stay Joanne and all the best

This was such a great location! It’s close to the supermarket and train station as well as restaurants and coffee shops. It’s a very short walk to the beach too. There is a flight and a half of stairs to walk up, but well worth it. The thoughtful additions such as breakfast items, butter and milk were great. The apartment is quiet and spacious with a beautiful outdoor deck. David was lovely to deal with, very responsive. Would highly recommend this listing.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment, it was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and with a beautiful view of the sea. The location in Chelsea was perfect, and the scenery was stunning. The host was very friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location was perfect, conveniently close to Monash Uni, and easily accessible to nearby supermarkets and food outlets. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need in a home. The host was very friendly and made check-in and check-out a breeze.

This was our second time staying at Veronique’s Box Hill properties. We decided to come back again for this trip because I noted how quiet the apartment was during our first stay, unlike many of the newer/fancier listings where you can hear your neighbours cough or flush their toilets. Another big bonus for us is the ease of parking. Flat driveway with numerous reserved spots which are always empty, making it perfect for those with low cars.

we spend 11 days in the house with a family of 6, and had a lovely time. although you can tell the house is only rented out and therefore lacks a bit of coziness, it was super functional and everything worked well except for the wifi but we didn't need it anyway. the location is in a super quiet neighbourhood with the a nice woolworths supermarket and very nice bakery just 2min by car. reccommended!

We had a very comfortable stay and Pemmy was a considerate and responsive host. The property is well located near local amenities and is very well equipped, with all the necessary items for a home-away-from-home

Helen's Airbnb was perfect for our weekend getaway. Homely with a touch of modern, a very comfortable stay. Walkable distance to shops and close to the beautiful sites of Mt Dandenong. Helen was a lovely host and we would happily stay again.

Maggie's house was immaculate! so spacious and beautiful set out through out the whole house. we only stayed a night but we didn't want to leave hahaha all in all great experience!!!

Fantastic stay in Melbourne whilst visiting family. We enjoyed spending time together and having the pool. The hosts were very friendly and responsive to any requests. The house was in a lovely neighbourhood and handy for shops and restaurants.

My family and I had a lovely time here! The place was clean and easily accessible for my mum who has limited mobility. Nikita was very quick with her responses and we especially loved the early check in and late check out options! Will stay again if we are in the area!

Andrew’s place was great for a weekend in Melbourne. Walking distance to the CBD and plenty of cafes. Very clean apartment with lots of extras that were very appreciated, snacks and lollies!! Andrew was very descriptive and helpful, his instructions were very clear and thorough. The rooftop pool is beautiful, we loved staying there!

This apartment is one of the best we have stayed in. Spotlessly clean bathrooms and kitchen, all the necessary kitchen requirements, comfortable furniture, big TV, nice long balcony. It's very quiet at night. The location was perfect for us - ten minute walk to shows at Crown and the Lume, plus all the restaurants along Southbank. Straight across the street is a big Woolworths supermarket. Our only issue was finding the car parking space but Meary has said she will give detailed instructions for that in future. All the communication with Meary has been with a very quick response time and she is a lovely person to deal with. I highly recommend this property.

My travel companions and I were so happy with the apartment, the amenities, the close proximity to the beach and ease of travel to surrounding shopping. It was an awesome experience.

Perfect accommodation and location for our needs. Train station was opposite, only 45 minutes into Flinders St Station. Beach was 2 minute walk. Shops behind the train station. Perfect.

We loved our stay at Karen's place! it was compact, comfy and had everything we needed. Superb location, just around the corner from shops and cafes, short drive to the beaches (glorious sunsets), and a great place to launch out further afield. We enjoyed a Phillip Island Cruise, and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Karen was a warm and very responsive host, answering a few queries beforehand quickly and checking in that we'd arrived okay. Thanks Karen.

This apartment was very comfortable, spacious and well designed. It was cool and relaxing on some very cot days. Great area with plenty of choices for cafes and restaurants. Very close to public transport and secure off street parking if required.

Great place to stay, area itself felt safe and quiet. We loved the swimming pool too! Kid friendly and lots of things to do around the area. Highly recommended and will stay again.
