Awesome location. Set up really nicely inside. Clean and tidy. Host is super attentive to messages and answers questions with next to no delay. Totally worthwhile and relaxing. If you need a good sized apartment that’s local to ponsonby and the cbd this is perfect. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Naomi's apartment was the best AirBnB that I have stayed in New Zealand! It was brand new with excellent amenities and high quality fittings and furniture! It was absolutely spotless and Naomi provided all the condiments and small personal touches(Milk, Artisan Ice Cream, Nespresso capsules, variety of teas ,etc.) which other hosts overlook. It has it's own secure parking space and an awesome terrace with a Weber BBQ if you're keen to 'braai'. Beaumont street can get quite busy and noisy during the day, but excellent double glazing keeps it reasonably quiet and enjoyed having the air conditioning available when it got quite warm. The bed was super comfortable and the linens and bedding were all top quality. I just wish every AirBnB I stayed in was of this quality and I will definitely stay again if the apartment is available to rent again in future. Simply Spectacular!!

We had a great stay. The apartment was really nice, super clean, the beds were really comfortable, and bathroom was spotless. Jayne had the best stocked kitchen of any Airbnb I have ever stayed.

This property was all the "C"s - clean, conveniently located, comfortable and cosy. It was situated in a safe gated compound with well maintained pool, gym and tennis court at the foot of Mount Wellington a great local beauty spot from the top of which are sweeping views of all of Auckland. It is a short bus ride/reasonable walk from the excellent Sylvia Park shopping mall and the railway/bus station almost opposite provides quick uncomplicated access to the city's transport network - 15 mins from the CBD.

Astrid was an extraordinary host. Her beautiful townhome with amazing Auckland views was perfect for our family break. Walkable to St. Heliers shops and beach, on the hill with amazing light and sunsets. We loved our stay and Astrid could not have been more friendly or helpful.

We stayed here for a few nights while in Auckland for a wedding and had a great experience. The townhouse is in a quiet spot just off Parnell’s high street, close to shops, cafés, and restaurants. Access is via a steep, narrow driveway. We parked on the street and found the path could be slippery. The townhouse spans multiple levels: the garage is on the lower ground, the main level has a courtyard, kitchen, living area, and powder room, while the bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, with an attic office accessible via a ladder. The home is bright and airy, though the upstairs bedrooms can get warm. There’s air conditioning in the living area and pedestal fans in the bedrooms. Well-appointed and comfortable, the house has great storage, nice amenities, and thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, wine, and chocolates. Petrena was a fantastic host and easy to communicate with. Despite the steep access, we had a lovely stay and highly recommend it!

Great stay at Winnie’s place in remuera - plenty of space for the 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids). Nice and quiet area but handy to Auckland activities. Winnie was a proactive and responsive host. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place to stay , Dan left a porta cot for my baby in the room which was so convenient for myself as I didn’t have to lug mine around for my trip , house was tidy and spacious , quiet neighbourhood , great communications would definately stay again

This is my family 2nd visit in this lovely house & the location is perfect for close by families. The 1st visit was last year 2023 & due to my medical condition, I was not able to come on that trip, but my family mention that it was a house that we can call home. It was my 1st visit and now I see why they say this is home. Thanks to the host for making it possible for my family to check in early. Hope all is well with the host & in the future if possible & be able to return would be great.

We were in a rut due to other housing falling through while getting our house fumigated and Christine literally offered everything in the space of half an hour and the bonus was it was a street over from our own home. Appreciate that Christine put us up for the night and the accommodation was more than we could ever ask for. Thank you again Christine and keep up the great work!

We stayed at Kennedy Point for our wedding. It was honestly perfect! My parents and I were comfortable the night before and they let us leave bags (and my dress) early which was greatly appreciated. After the small wedding, the balcony proved a perfect place for our families to relax. We had such a special time and this Airbnb contributed hugely to that. Thanks so much for hosting us!

I LOVE this little apartment! It had everything we needed. We rented it for a month whilst visiting our son who lives in Auckland and used it as a base for visiting New Zealand, but each time we left and came back it felt like coming home! Lovely cosy space for what we needed, plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants within easy reach but despite this it was lovely and quiet (apart from the neighbours dogs once in a while) Carol is the perfect host, very helpful and not at all intrusive. I messaged her a few times and she was always very responsive. We asked for a late checkout as our flight wasn’t until the evening and she kindly let us stay whole day. We would definitely stay here again, when we’re next in Auckland!

This place was right next to the Park which was great for a quick and lovely walk to CBD. The windows were all facing the park so the views were very nice to wake up to! The apartment had all amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen utensils, etc.) which was very convenient. The hosts also left us some local fudge as a welcome which was very thoughtful. The apartment is also very close to a large mart which was very convenient for getting some basic groceries. Everything was also very clean! We had a lovely stay :)

Linley's apartment was perfect! A beautifully setup place to relax in which had everything you needed, even down to a portacot for our little one. There a as also a swimming pool, spa and a carpark available. A quick walk to lovely cafes, and the Viaduct and downtown CBD. Just a perfect location! Linley was extremely helpful prior to our arrival and we would most definitely recommend a stay at this awesome air bnb. Thanks so much for everything Linley, and also to Karin! 🙂

We had a great 3-day stay at Nick's place and would be happy to stay here again. The private balcony is clearly the star of the show with its garden, grill, jacuzzi ("spa pool" in Kiwi-speak), and Sky Tower view. The condo is in a great location (I recommend the Grey Lynn butcher shop to make best use of Nick's grill) while still being quiet & private. And Nick himself is easily among the best Airbnb hosts I've interacted with –– he went above & beyond to make sure that check in & check out were at times that made sense for us, he's got a great sense of humor ("humour" in Kiwi-speak), and generally speaking he seemed to genuinely care that we had a fun experience.

We stayed for the week and we couldn't be more happier, Location is perfect and Ted was always ready to help.

We stayed for just one night, and it was a comfortable and easy experience. Very kind to also offer bread and juice for breakfast too
