Ilios Apt old town,roof terrace,balcony,view!

In the medieval city of Rhodes a ‘’cozy nest ‘’perfect for couples in a quiet and sun filled place, just a few meters away from the central port of Rhodes and about 100 m away from the old town’s market place. The maisonette was bought and renovate in 2005 under the provision of archaeological department of Rhodes because of it's historical value. Rebuilt with new modern appliances in the unique traditional style of the area because of the Surrounding by the Byzantine Church of Saint Fanourios ,the Temple of Panagia Bourgou and the Medieval Moat. The maisonette enfolds about 40 sq on two floors,a balcony on the first floor and a 15 sq roof terrace on the top. TV, satellite, DVD player and free WiFi are offered. The ground floor includes kitchen corner full equipped with a small sitting-area , a big wardrobe and the bath room. On the first floor is the bedroom with a romantic balcony . A small wooden stairs leads to the roof terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the old ,the new city of Rhodes and the harbor of the island. Just a few meters away is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Taverns and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go on daily trips to other Dodecanese islands or to one of the beaches on Rhodes island. Hope's Place

Ideal if you are travelling with children >3 years old and if you are a woman/women travelling alone. The apartment is located in a family apartment building, its quiet and in the most convenient location: next to a sandwich shop, ~250 meters from the supermarket, bakery & bank. 350 meters from a butcher shop, 300 meters from a pastry shop, 800 meters from old town entrance (San Francisco church), 600 meters from main highway to south Rhodes and airport and with free parking around the area.

Hartso - Traditional loft, 10 mins from the beach

The name “Hartso” (in greek: Χαρτσό), derived from the word Copper (in greek: Χαλκός) has been maintained for this house to date by the residents of the village, because of its initial use as forge in the late 1800s. Its Architecture has the characteristics of the traditional single-room with swirling arch houses of Rhodes, with fireplace and a wooden “paga” (i.e. traditional bench).
