始めから建物内が暖められていて過ごしやすかったです。とてもすぐ近くにスーパーやコンビニが在ってよかったです。また泊まりたいと思いました。

Luxurious Stay in a Traditional Japanese House

Yuka was very helpful with the check in process as well as finding the house when we got a little lost in the snow. She responds very quickly and accommodated us when we needed extra amenities at the house. The house is very spacious and easily accommodated the 6 people we had. It’s about 45 min or 1 hr 15 min to nearest ski lifts and only 15 minutes from the downtown area. If we come back we will definitely try to stay here again!

It met all our needs for the one night's stay. It was lovely home with a traditional Japanese home feel. I would recommend if you want to experience a stay in a traditional Japanese home. The stairs are quite steep though, so may not be an ideal stay if you have mobility issues, or ask for the beds to be made up downstairs instead.

今回の宿泊は本当に最高の体験でした。お部屋自体がとても美しく、デザイン性も抜群で、特にこの丸型のジャグジーは一目惚れするほど素敵でした。温かいお湯に浸かりながら、窓の外に広がる自然の景色を眺めていると、心も体も癒されていくのを感じます。室内の設備はひとつひとつ丁寧に説明されていて、ジャグジーの使い方、照明、空調、さらには音響システムまで詳しく教えていただき、何ひとつ困ることなく快適に過ごせました。これほど細やかな心配りが行き届いている空間で、ゆっくりとリラックスできるのは本当に贅沢な時間です。そして何より感動したのは、オーナーさんの親切さと温かさです。チェックイン前には詳細な案内をいただき、滞在中も何か困っていないか気遣ってくださり、チェックアウト時にはタクシーの手配までしてくれました。運転手とのやり取りもスムーズにサポートしてくださり、とても助かりました。そのおかげで、まるで自分の家に帰ってきたような安心感を得られました。ここでの滞在は、ただの宿泊というよりも、人生の中の素敵なひとときを過ごせたという気持ちです。ゆっくりと休みたい方、家族や友人と特別な時間を過ごしたい方、どんな方にも自信を持っておすすめできます。次回また機会があれば、ぜひもう一度訪れたいと思います！

Three very large rooms with kitchens and washing machines. However sleeping spaces were shared in each apartment as were the multiple showers. It was easy to checkin ourselves with quick and helpful responses including our request to stay parked in the car park for an extra few hours after checkout. A cafe right next door. The heaters worked super well in cold weather.

Spacious house with easy access to train station and tram, very close to the red brick warehouse district. Downstairs was pretty cold as others have mentioned, but overall a very cozy stay in Hakodate.

すぐ近くに市電の停留所があるので市電の一日乗車券をオススメします。また建物の横にセイコーマートがあり、便利! 部屋にあった手書きのグルメガイドもわかりやすくて良かった。部屋も充分な広さがあり、冷えた体をお風呂で温められるのは非常にありがたかったです。

Probably the best Airbnb I have been in so far! The rooms are so liveable and there are more than enough space for socialising (have both living room and dining area) and resting. Though max occupancy is 8, I’d say this place is perfect for maybe 4 or 5 pax? The beds are very comfortable, double blanket are provided, and the rooms are very spacious. The location is pretty convenient to go to both Hakodate Station and Hakodate Bay Area. Wouldn’t mind staying here again if I have the chance to come back to Hakodate

We loved staying here. Yabunaka is a fantastic host and was very kind and welcoming. We were even left some treats as we checked in, which were very nice after a long day of travel. The home is spacious and easy to find. The surrounding area is very walkable and the home is just around the corner from a tram stop. If we ever find ourselves back in Hakodate, we will be staying here again!

What a fantastic place! What a fun neighborhood! We had an incredible time here. Very convenient location for getting around - it's right next to some of the big draws (like Goryokaku), as well as a tram stop and some key bus stops. Don't miss Ohana, right across the street - maybe my favorite restaurant in Hakodate!
