This lovely second story apartment was just as beautiful as pictured. It was within walking distance to the University of South Carolina, the State Capitol and shops the dining on Main Street. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio both mornings. Would highly recommend this lovely place for a stay in Columbia.

I only take my time out and write a review when it’s more than worth it. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Came from out of state for a military graduation and Kim property felt right at home. Very quiet, friendly and clean property. Kim was very helpful and friendly. She was prompt with responding to my concern’s when needed. Highly recommend and would choose to stay here again if I were to visit again!

Kim's condo is exactly as described online and is very clean. The neighborhood and building both felt very safe. There are numerous restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and retail close by on Devine St. It's also a short walk to Five Points with even more food and retail options. It's a short drive to the Carolina campus, Colonial Life Arena, and Williams-Brice Stadium. Having a reserved off-street parking spot is a great bonus. We will definitely stay again.

We so enjoyed staying in Louise's beautiful home. She is such a gracious host and made us feel so comfortable. She is very communicative and we knew everything that we needed to know about our stay. The yard and lake are so beautiful. I felt like my breathing slowed down and my muscles released as soon as we pulled in each time. We were visiting my daughter at USC, so we were on campus a lot. I would love to go back to spend more time relaxing there. It was just a perfect stay!

Great place to stay! Short drive from Publix and the kitchen had everything I needed for cooking. Beds were comfortable

We had a perfect stay. The home is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Easy drive to downtown Columbia or Lexington. The kitchen is well equipped, beds comfy with nice linens and the entire house was amazing. Even though we do not have small children, the teacher in me immediately noticed the extras provided for people who do travel with children. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe the entire time. We were in town for my mother’s funeral and our stay in the home gave us much needed comfort. We will definitely book again when we come back to visit family in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly responsive and communication was smooth from start to finish. The place was spotless and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. We were very satisfied with the overall experience and would gladly stay again!

This suite is cozy, comfortable and well stocked. The location is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. There were snacks, local information and WiFi info provided and easily accessible. I cannot recommend this location enough.
