It can be hot between 12pm-6pm during Jul & Aug. evenings are cool. Enjoy abundant wildlife and stars galore. The Glamp is a shoeless tent. Enjoy luxurious glamping in a 16x20 canvas tent w/king size hand-hewn log bed, queen sofa sleeper, and opulent bed linens. Includes private deck with sink, propane grill, and propane fire pit, and private bathroom/hot shower and an eco-friendly composting toilet. Cabin home with private forest in the backyard located in Ockenden Ranch. 3 bedrooms including a loft and 2.5 bath with a king size bed and 4 queen beds. House also features AC for summer use and ample parking. Smart TV’s in all rooms. Backyard includes large deck, fire pit, propane BBQ and table with plenty of seating for family entertainment & a little hill for sledding in the winter. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil get away. 50 acres of private land and adventure. Great for horses, hiking, or exploring the local gold mines. Kern River and Lake Isabella 15 to 30 minutes away for all the water fun you could want. Nothing beats morning coffee on the patio overlooking the lake and city below, and evening star gazing or deer watching can end each day with a rare treat.
