This place was just as beautiful as the pics! Remote and private, definitely worth every penny! Neighborhood was very calm and quiet, just what we were looking for. Adam was an awesome host! Any questions or concerns, I received a response quickly. The house was beautifully stocked, clean and just what we needed for a big family. We were able to have our own space and eat together in the big open dining room. Everything was perfect. The list in the guidebook helped for when we needed food suggestions. And the hot tub a big plus for the cold. We went for a wedding and were 15 mins out from the venue, it was a big help to be that close to just run back and forth. If weʻre ever in the area, I would not hesitate to book with Adam again. Thank you!

We had a great stay for our family trip to Los Angeles. Very close to Santa Monica/Venice for lots of activities. The pool and hot tub were nice although we didn’t get to utilize them very much. It was nice to have a parking spot within the property. The only slight feedback that we have is the price being very expensive, but we had a great time. Also, very responsive hosts willing to work with you around guests and visitors although we ended up not having any extra people over. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the second time that my daughter and I were fortunate to stay at Jan andDale‘s Airbnb in Long Beach. The location is ideal for a quiet and private getaway with great hospitality, local restaurants, and shopping, as well as being close to the beach or lagoon and free parking in front of their Craftsman home. The Airbnb is beautifully furnished with vintage decor, They treated us to a bottle of wine, ingredients for a complete breakfast, flowers and treats from Trader Joe’s. Filtered water was plentiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. This place is my favorite Airbnb in Long Beach, but it’s definitely frequently booked. We got lucky to stay here midweek for a couple nights. Ubuntu is a great local breakfast or lunch spot. For dinner, we highly recommend Nick’s on 2nd. Sweet tooth? Go to Sweet Jill’s, but have cash. 10/10 🤩

Barry and Van were great hosts, and very accommodating to our family and pups. We felt right at home, and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Hal's lovely home in Laurel Canyon. The space is cozy like most of the homes in this part of LC but we had plenty of room to stretch out with two teenagers in tow. The rooms feel especially spacious thanks to the skylights and the open floor plan, and the back yard space is adorable. Our kids really enjoyed the jacuzzi, and my wife and I loved the views (and the very friendly squirrels). The house is tucked away in the hills but within easy walking distance to the Country Store and Pace, and it's very quiet. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need if you want to cook, and if you don't, it's a quick drive down to Sunset and your pick of great restaurants. Parking may be tricky if you get home late and all the spaces are taken, but this is a really safe neighborhood, so it's no big deal to drive down the street a little ways to find an open spot. Hal and Stefan were both very responsive when we needed them. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Ari is a fantastic host. Made arrangements to ensure I could check in early after a long international flight despite check in being later. Place was fantastic -- one of the most unique Airbnbs I've been to till date!

I had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Cynthia & Gustavo ’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The communication was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended.

What a little gem of a house perfect for five of us visiting disney, the hot tub was great after a long day of walking. Disney was about a 10 minute Uber which was a great way to get there. They really decorated it so cute. And we’re very responsive owners Thank you!

David and Ginger are good hosts. They allowed us to get in earlier than the stipulated time. We made good their home and the easy access to Long Beach. They were flexible to us in exiting the home so we could wait there instead of the airport. Thank you

Overall a great stay and home base for exploring the area. We stayed with our toddler and the bin of books and toys was awesome and kept him pretty occupied. I also appreciated the easy checkout and not having to do a billion things before leaving because its hard enough to get a 2 year old out the door! The host was responsive and let us check in a little early.

We just returned from a 5 day stay and couldn’t have had a better time. Laura is a great person and a really super host. The Pacific Coast HWY is 4 buildings down from the house and at first I was worried I made a mistake. But all for not as when you are sleeping in the bed room you are blocked by many 2 story buildings and it is very peaceful and safe feeling. The front of the house is where you park then a gated wall to keep people out and so the kids/pets don’t wander. We left our towels/cooler shoes out over 5 days nothing disappeared, it’s a nice safe area. A huge plus is Laura has all the sand toys, boogie boards, beach equipment you'll need (at least on our first visit, we’ll be back). They have pet stuff too and even though we didn’t bring ours the cottage didn’t smell like animals. Okay now the Beach and Town. It’s amazing, read the history on the walls. The Beach is right there. Everything you need is 10 mins walking on either side. Walk on the green belt to get places. TY

We arrived on a Monday, easily found the cottage and got settled. Walked around the neighborhood and found a place nearby for dinner. On Tuesday we had plans in LA and as we were headed back to the cottage a wildfire broke out nearby. We were not familiar enough with the area to feel comfortable guessing at whether we should evacuate or not...and people around us were clearly evacuating. So we ended up leaving, but Julia reached out several times, even though I'm sure she was busy with her house and cottage. Not the vacation that we planned, but we made the best of it. The cottage was really nice.

My husband likes to say..."wow, that's why Michael is a 'super host'"! This home is what every air bnb consumer hopes for. It actually exceeds your expectation. He has thought of everything and more. Every detail is covered, everything you need is there. The home is immaculate and so are all the appointments, home appliances and gardens. There is a wonderful patio and barbeque too. I remember saying 'pride in ownership'. We had a different circumstance coming here in that we were displaced by the California Wild Fires. We found the comfort of our home here and the comfort of our hosts, who care. We had hardly anything when we got there and Michael and his wonder partner provided for, and had already thought of everything. We were fortunate this home was available when we needed it. As far as travel, if you are a tourist, I personally needed to get around, to our former home, and to work. The freeway is close by as are many wonderful restaurants. Enjoy!

Excellent place, great for a big group. It's close to many LA attractions and there are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Norvell was a great host, quick to respond. We highly recommend!

This Airbnb was our savior. We stayed for two weeks while we were displaced from our Pasadena home due to the Eaton Fire, and I cannot tell you how much we appreciated being in a place that truly felt like a home away from home. The fact that it is sooo dog friendly was a HUGE plus for us, because we evacuated with our little dog. The Airbnb is in a great neighborhood. Beautiful homes, neighbors out walking their dogs, families playing basketball in the alleyway... it felt very safe and welcoming. The Airbnb is also a stone's throw away from a super good restaurant (Ubuntu Café) and Colorado Lagoon, and a short jaunt to Rosie's Dog Beach plus all the great businesses along 2nd street and 4th street. Kate was SUCH a gem of a host. She is extremely responsive and friendly. She also acted quickly when we noticed a few issues in the Airbnb. (Super minor! ie. the entry lightbulb was burned out and something needed a battery replacement.) All in all, I can highly recommend!

had a wonderful stay at Clara's poolhouse. place has everything you need, for a one or two person stay. its a great neighborhood with a lot of cool stuff to do nearby, i didnt get a chance to use the pool, but i we had some sunny days, and just vibing on a chase lounge was nice enough. would stay again

Initially, my husband and I decided to book our stay at Maggie's Airbnb to get a sense of what Burbank had to offer. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The neighborhood was peaceful, which made us feel very safe. Maggie's place is a private and cozy hideaway, and had everything we needed for a relaxing small gateway. One of the highlights of our stay was Maggie herself. She was incredibly personable and responded promptly to all our questions and requests. She genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, which made our experience even more enjoyable. For all these reasons, I wholeheartedly give her Airbnb a well-deserved five-star rating!

This home is in such a cute neighborhood. it's an older home that has been fixed up and is very charming. We chose not to pay for the pool to be heated, because we were just staying for a few nights and planned to spend most of our time in disneyland...as a result the pool was cold! It was February, so that is not a complaint, our son got out as quick as he got in it. The beds were firm, and everything was very clean. The showers had good water pressure and the plumbing all worked as it should. The driveway was plenty big to park two of our cars, it could have fit a third car if needed. The kitchen had good pans to cook our breakfast, and also was very clean. We did a test walk over to the parks when we first checked in, just to make sure we wouldn't get lost early the next day. It is exactly 1.5 miles to the entrance of either Disneyland or California Adventure. Great place to stay, I would book again next time we're going to Disneyland. Thank you Susy!

Great location!! So close to Disney. You can see the fireworks from the window. Very convenient. Will definitely come back.

We had an enjoyable stay while visiting the area and family. The location was perfect and also walkable to coffee, stores, restaurants and even a gym. The house is open and has several places in the home where we could gather.
