We enjoyed our stay at Andy’s Art House. Hope to stay again.

The house is as described, no problems at all. We needed a temporary place to stay when we had to vacate our house for a couple of days. Great house for dog owners as it was fully fenced all around. Next time I will ask for an extra key a just the one key was hard to manage but otherwise, exactly what we needed. Thanks

We had a fantastic stay in Bella's gorgeous cottage. The house had everything we needed, was very comfortable and close to everything. We would definitely recommend and will return if we're ever in Ballarat again. Bella was a very friendly host and was super obliging with check-in and check-out times.

We had our father in hospital from an unexpected road accident. We are from the country so Being with Tennis on in Melbourne we were struggling to find accommodation close to the Alfred. I got on to Air B n B and found John’s house. John was very quick to respond. It was only a short easy drive to the hospital and the house suited us well for the 3 days we spent in Hampton and visiting our father. John’s house felt very homely and is what we needed while visiting our father in hospital. Thanks John. Cheers

What a beautiful cottage! We had the best family get away! The kids loved feeding the horses, watching the local wildlife and playing on the swings. Nice and close to town with lovely cafes and playground. The cottage felt very comfortable and homely and was very clean and well presented. It had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay. Leah and Bruce were very accommodating when we requested an early check-in. They were always quick to respond, polite and helpful hosts. Thanks again for such a beautiful weekend away!

House was amazing and Lisa as a host made the whole experience as enjoyable as possible We had my daughters wedding one km up the road at Flowerdale Estate. The house was the perfect location to bring my family together to make the special day even better. Beautiful home, exceptional amenities all in a private setting with amazing views to the local surroundings. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway or if you are lucky enough to be having a wedding in Flowerdale.

Holly was a very good host with clear and proactive communication. The home has a “homely” neighbourhood feel to it rather a stark impersonal place to stay.

It was a wonderful stay. Everything was precisely perfect as expected, even though we spent less time at home and mostly used it for sleeping only due to heaps of activities. It was a great, hassle-free place with modern equipment. I definitely recommend it. Hope we visit again.

Alex is a great host and is super responsive and accommodating. I had a few issues on my end that I needed to change and Alex responded within minutes and helped sort everything out. The apartment was perfect and had absolutely everything I needed, from kitchenery (like nutribullets and air fryers) to toiletries in the bathroom and even fabric softener in the laundry. A plus is that it’s quiet so you can sleep or sleep in (no street noise) but everything and the buzz of the restaurants is literally a minute walk away. I couldn’t recommend Alex’s accommodation enough. Thanks Alex!! 🙏

Absolutely loved staying here, the property is absolutely gorgeous and felt right at home as soon as we walked in! Very clean place and a good amount of space too! Kitchen is well equipped too, and very easy to get into the CBD! Definitely recommend staying here❤️

Kyneton is a very quaint town, lots to see and do here and in the surrounding communities. The unit fit in very nicely, it was warm, cozy and fit in with the town completely. The weather was perfect when we arrived and we could sit in the back yard and enjoy the sun and enjoy a glass of local wine. The Kyneton Museum is just across the street and the first stop for you after you check in. We will be back. Bruce and Linda

Amazing place, booked it for a surprise with my partner and she loved it almost couldn’t get her to leave 10/10 highly recommended. will definitely be coming back

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

Had a fantastic stay at Dr. Fred’s apartment in Southbank. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was clean, exactly as advertised, and well-equipped for our needs. The location was perfect for our Grand Prix weekend in Melbourne, with easy access to public transport and also walkable to Albert Park if needed. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again for future Grand Prix trips!

Very centrally located. Clean and well equipped. Very quiet, especially as it is in Central Melbourne. Great communication with hosts. Really appreciated early check in. Allocated secure car parking a bonus

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

Claire was such a phenomenal host. Her communication from the start was quick and friendly. She offered us earlier complimentary check in which was so generous and a huge help for us coming from regional Victoria and train times being a bit crazy. Claire’s space immaculate, and the treats and wine on arrival a beautiful touch. Check in easy and all instructions clear. I could go on with praise - stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s and Claire’s was perfect.

A perfect base for us whilst visiting family, High Point shopping centre is right opposite, access to lovely river walk is just across the road. private parking and a fantastic terrace with great views of the city skyline.

Andrew & Ros were great! Easy to deal with, flexible nice. The apartment was great for us, with family of 5. Close to the beach, parking onsite, close to the city, pool onsite. Would definitely book this place again!

Lovely little apartment with an incredible view and super close to the train station. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and close to lots of amenities (supermarket, shops) and of course just across from the train station making our journey to Avalon Airshow super easy. Gorgeous views of Docklands, especially at sunset and night. Aster was an incredibly attentive host, very quick to message back with any inquiries. 10/10 would stay again.
