I had a fantastic stay at Sanskriti's place! She is an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host—always checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly and offering great local recommendations that really enhanced my trip. The property itself is spotless, well-maintained, and very secure, which gave me great peace of mind. The Wi-Fi was also excellent—super fast and reliable, perfect for both work and streaming. I’d definitely recommend staying here, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thank you, Sukriti, for being such a wonderful host!

I would highly recommend this place. The kitchen had every utensil. They would clean the room everyday. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful.

Well placed if you rent a scooter or car. Commuting to the beach would be an issue (apprx 1.5kms) if you have a family, since local auto rickshaw services lack professionalism and ethics. Nothing to take away from what was a good experience overall at Dwayne's place with nice and clean accomodation with a responsive host. Thank you

all in all its amazing and beautiful place to stay, its in close vicinity of beaches etc. Host and security is good, room is pretty beautiful one king size with attached washroom and one queen size washroom with detached washroom with fully furnished kitchen was there. Just make sure to talk about early and late checkout due to improprer communication we wasnt given proper late checkout and had to struggle due to that

This is a spacious and well-maintained place located conveniently near main road, not too far from town. It is available at an affordable price, making it a great choice for those looking for comfort without overspending. Additionally, the host is highly responsive and attentive, making the overall experience smooth and hassle-free. One area for improvement is cleanliness. Wonderful experience. Amazing stay with scenic view. Feels at home. Deepali is a great host. Everything was the same as mentioned in the description, or even better. We felt at home.

We stayed here for 4 days and we had a toddler with us. The apartment just felt like second home, as it had all the amenities and everything had its own place which makes it a zero clutter place to stay. My daughter just felt so comfortable staying here. We had stayed for 2 days, it was a great time and Amazing stay in this Akama Homes, Lovish has been so hospitable and always available on wtsp, whenever we require anything. The room was so clean and peaceful, it has reached our expectations and more luxurious and exactly as it is shown in pictures. Must visit this place for hassle free environment. I would suggest to visit this place. Overall it was an excellent stay.

The place was really beautiful, and everything was squeaky clean. We had a great time using the jacuzzi fitted in the washroom and also the infinity pool provided by the building on the fourth floor. I would recommend everyone to book this particular unit for their stay in North Goa moving forward. From the furniture to the hygiene to the amenities, everything is perfect.

Arun was a great host. From check in to check out, there were no problems. He was friendly and helpful as he lives right below the airbnb setup. You can also rent his vehicle if it's available. The only sticky point is if you're a bunch of friends taking separate rooms - only one will get an AC as only 1 room out of the 3 has the appliance. Location is great if you're basing out of South Goa with Martin's Corner 200 metres away amongst other eateries. Spacious and clean with all other amenities available.

It was a fabulous experience to stay at this place! The infinity pool and the ambiance around it at the sunrise and sunset is amazing. It’s a neat, clean and well maintained apartment!

The property is a gem and one of the best Airbnb in Goa. The host is super accommodating and helpful. The property is super clean and have everything needed for luxurious stay. You can actually see oven from the balconies of the property. Large swimming pool, lift, in-house restaurant all are there for perfect holiday. Beach at stone throw away is clean and crowded by foreign tourists at large. Overall a best place in Goa for perfect holiday. And last but least that price is very low comparing to the amenities it is providing.
