Amazing view, close to everything.. Very responsive and clean..Plenty of extra parking on the lower level if you’re pulling a camper or trailer..Was my first time renting a airbnb and it was a great experience..

Had a lovely longer-term stay here. The house is beautiful with classic old New England character but totally modern features inside. Walking distance to several walking trails and coffee shops and short drives to countless places for swimming, hiking, rock climbing, and walking. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating. No complaints here, we had a wonderful stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend at this location! So many fun games and puzzles to enjoy during our stay. Large variety of things to do for a rainy/indoor day. We thoroughly enjoyed using the pool table, dart board and hot tub! Very cozy furniture and plenty of privacy with blackout curtains for a good morning sleep-in! Jude was a fantastic host and left detailed instructions for guest accommodations. Would recommend to any young couples looking for a cozy weekend getaway.

Absolutely amazing! Incredibly comfortable, VERY responsive host, sweet neighbors. Everything in the unit the is new. Plus, it’s quiet and relaxing with great WiFi. I was able to work remotely on video calls without any issues. I will definitely be back!

This condo was impeccably maintained and was very clean. Even the sheets smelt brand new! We were very pleased with our stay! We had an issue with our tv and the owners were on FaceTime with us late at night to try and rectify the issue without hesitation. 100% would stay here again.

From the moment we drove up and upon entering this beautiful place we felt like we were in our own "Happy Place". This is a place we would love to build for ourselves someday. Morning coffee & tea on the dock was very peaceful overlooking Paugus Bay and the fall foliage was very Beautiful. Christine and Corey are wonderful hosts and this was the second time we have rented one of their homes; we will definitely be back again to both locations and have been highly recommending them to our friends. What an absolutely amazing place. Pictures actually don’t do this place justice especially in the winter with the snow oh my gosh it is gorgeous! It’s quiet and secluded on a huge plot of land but close enough to amenities like restaurants and grocery stores, which is always important for a little bit longer of a stay! My kids and I used the zip line which was a BLAST when it was snowing. Went sledding on the hills of the property and otherwise just hung out and enjoyed the views and hot tub. The walking trails were fun too. We literally didn’t need to go anywhere with all there was to do at the house including video/card/board games. We are already planning our return trip for next year I cannot wait!! Oh and of also - the host Mason was attentive, responsive, and kind!

It is a beautiful place with plenty of room. There was 8 of us and it was cozy but not too small. The place is little hard to find in but directions was very clear. Try to get there when there is light, it would be little difficult in the dark. House is 3 floors so if you have hard time with stairs, just be aware.

Daniel’s place was great for us. We stayed two full weeks waiting for our daughter to have a baby. She did! Great to be close by to help her out. Thanks Daniel!

Great spot in Gifford for a winter family ski vacation. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made our stay for the holidays very comfortable including Christmas stocking treats for our dog.

Lovely new home. Well stocked and clean. The spacious design integrates the outdoor space and natural surroundings incorporating the areas trees into the overall aesthetic. Host was responsive, good communicator and kindly mailed something we left behind!

After a long day of driving from New York, and hikes at Franconia Notch State park, Julianne’s condo was a perfect getaway to stay in Laconia with backyard lake views to die for. The condo was clean and cozy. The highlight of the stay was watching the sunset from the balcony and admiring the stars at the private sandy beach. The host was very responsive. Thank you for the clear and precise instructions beforehand, everything was simple and straightforward. I would 100% recommend this place! :)

We had a fantastic vacation at Lake Winnipesaukee! The lake was stunning, and the surrounding area offered so many activities to enjoy. The accommodations were comfortable, and we loved the peaceful atmosphere. Despite a few rainy days, we made the most of our time and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

My partner and I had the best time here! We loved every second of it and didn’t want to leave. It was the perfect size and very cozy. Joshua was an extremely nice host. He responded to my concerns or questions in a timely manner, and was just overall really nice and welcoming. Would definitely book again!

This apartment is lovely! It's very cozy and really felt like a home away from home straight away. Corey, the host, was very responsive to messages, flexible, and extremely helpful on every step of the way. The check-in and check-out process couldn't have been smoother and we had everything we needed at the apartment. My stay at 131 Lake St exceeded my expectations on every metric. The space was clean, cozy and comfortable; the location was convenient for practical (groceries, restaurants, etc), recreational (across the street from Paugus Bay, close to Weirs Beach, Ellacoya State Park, Gunstock et al) and professional (35-40 minutes to Concord) purposes; and Kimberly was an outstanding host. I never had a single problem that needed to be dealt with, but it was clear that she would be promptly attentive and helpful if such a situation arose. Highly recommended.

Cozy stay minutes away from Weirs Beach! Convenient location and lots to do. Jason was a great host with great communication and hospitality. Thank you for sharing your space!

This is our second time staying at Lisa’s place. It is in a perfect location right in the heart of the lake region. The pool is amazing. Lisa keeps the place perfectly clean and has everything you could need. We can’t wait to stay again.

Nice roomy comfortable space for two moms and three adult children. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Good location for getting to Bank of NH for a concert. Within driving distance to restaurants, grocery stores and Weirs beach. We didn't know how to adjust a digital thermometer. I had to message Ryan late at night. He got back to me right away and was super helpful. We had a memorable and pleasant time enjoying the lakes region of NH. Thank you, Ryan!
