Cannot recommend Audrey or her space highly enough. It was beautiful, private, spacious, with so many amenities. She was so gracious to stock the fridge with a few items since we were getting in late. It was overall a wonderful and comfortable stay in a beautiful location.

This was my first time staying at one of Mariolina's properties. The apartment was much bigger in person, and for two people it felt gigantic. Kitchen had an the cookware we needed to make meals, washer and dryer were great since our hiking conditions changed every day! Bathroom was very beautiful and hot water was almost instant. The bed was so comfortable, great to fall into at the end of a long hiking day. Also, not many places have a king bed, having the extra room to stretch out with my partner was super nice. TV was a nice bonus as well. The best feature about our stay was the boot dryer.... our boots were constantly wet due to trail conditions around the region, it was fantastic to be able to dry them out every day and start again in dry boots! Highly recommend this launch pad for your ADK adventures. Thank you for having us!

Was a great stay for a girls weekend. Location was perfect as well as the parking. Able to walk everywhere.

We had a lovely stay in Mary and Kevin’s apartment in Saranac Lake. It is close to the many excellent restaurants and galleries in town and just steps away from the new Rail Trail. It is an excellent launching point for exploring the many hiking, canoeing, and other fun activities the Adirondacks offer. The apartment is comfortable, spacious, and nicely appointed. The kitchen is functional and well-equipped, and there is a full laundry. We found the apartment to be very accessible, with only a small step at the entryway and no interior stairs or changes in level. Many games and books are available. We loved the decor, which is visually engaging but also calming. Mary and Kevin are wonderful hosts. They are warm and welcoming, readily available but never hovering. They lay out their expectations clearly, which is always helpful. It is evident that they love the area, and they generously share their enthusiasm. This is a great place hosted by great people.

My wife and I loved our weeklong stay here. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, with a full kitchen, 2 beds, a propane grill, and a comfortable living room. It's right in the middle of some of the best places in the Adirondacks but quiet enough that you feel secluded. We loved being able to hear the Ausable River roar right behind the apartment. The whole town lost power from a storm on our last night, and the hosts were sure to check on us to make sure we had what we needed - we really appreciated that. Looking forward to our next stay!

This is our second time staying at Vadim's place and I will likely continue to come back here each time we visit Placid. The home is clean, spacious and has a beautiful view from the balcony. I cannot recommend it more highly.

Wonderful hosts. We had am excellent stay. Apartment was cozy, homey and exactly as the photos and the description. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Would recommend to travelers and would stay again. This is our second stay at Patricia’s property.

Great stay! Close to town, easy to find with plenty of parking. Friendly and responsive host with easy check-in and check-out instructions. Cozy in winter, kitchen has everything you need small but cute. Bathroom was fine, all the basics and a little heater, which was great. Beds were comfy and it was quiet. Would definitely stay again!

The house was cheerful and pristine. It was well stocked and the linens & bedding were great quality. The house size was perfect for 5 or 6 people and we enjoyed it immensely. The house was very clean and well kept. There was a nice outside deck area with a fire pit and chairs, and we found it very pleasant.

Had a great week at Chad’s property. Felt right at home and had all of the amenities we needed for our family and dog. Close to downtown, plenty of space, clean and he was very easy to communicate with and fast to respond. Appreciate it!

The place was great for friends and family getaway

I stand by my review. The location was great, literally across the street from the arena. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. Loved our stay

John and Chrissie's home was perfect for our President's Week getaway of work and play. The hosts checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed and we felt right at home. The home is well loved and cozy on those sub zero Adirondack nights. The location is also great! - walkable to all things in town and close to major hiking trails. We will definitely be back!

Elizabeth was such a gracious host! She thought of everything! The kids loved all the activities in the home. There were even plenty of snacks. Elizabeth was so quick to answer questions and gave some great recommendations for local activities. We have six kids (ages 1-16), so 8 of us in total, and there was plenty of room for everyone.

We came to Jill’s place for a weekend of winter fun and it didn’t disappoint. Has plenty of parking for our truck and trailer, room for our family of 4, clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy living space and bedroom. Close proximity to winter activities and snowmobile trails. Overall great stay!

Great communication, flexibility, and responsiveness. Had a small plumbing issue and was resolved within an hour. The house was as described.

Very nice condo in a perfect location

This was our 2nd time staying on one of MaryKaye’s properties. An excellent place to stay to due price, location & MaryKaye’s hospitality! We would definitely stay again!

Lana was a great host and showed us around the place when we checked in. She let us check in sooner than planned which was great after a long travel day. The place was quiet, serene and comfortable. The showers were "amazing". My husband is over 6ft tall, so it's hard to find showers he can fit in comfortably. The beds were comfortable and the space was perfect. I'm not a fan of leather and that's all there was to sit on on the living room but I completely get why that's what is used, especially in an Airbnb with spills and germs for cleaning purposes. I just used a blanket to sit on, problem solved. She is doing some renovations and explained the new amenities coming soon. I would definitely recommend. Many thanks for a great experience.

Great place to stay walkable distance from Main Street, restaurants and lake. Owner was very responsive and overall amazing place to stay.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Kathy's! The place was very clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The kitchen was well stocked, and all linens were fresh. The location was very convenient to all that Lake Placid has to offer but also removed just enough to have some quiet time away from the bustle of all the shops. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Lake Placid in the future. I highly recommend!

This spot was so much bigger than we expected! It had everything we needed and it was soooo cozy! The walk to Lisa G’s was so short - it was amazing. The basement was awesome since we had kids and they had their own area to hang and everything was so quiet - we couldn’t hear each other or them through the walls or on different floors. It was very comfy, large, and the location was perfect!

My husband and I had a lovely stay and the host RJ made sure all our needs were met. We would love to come back in the summer and see some more of Lake Placid from RJ’s little piece of heaven.

Our friend group was looking for a place to stay close to the whiteface mountain and we got super lucky to find Jo’s house! Beautiful house, stylish & super cozy - we felt like at home right away! All this in addition to beautiful surroundings made our trip an unforgettable experience! Each bedroom had a private bathroom and a common bathroom on the first floor which was amazing for a group of 6 people. Showers deserve an additional mention - it was definitely a calming and relaxing experience! Jo is an amazing host. Communication was great, we were given a lot of recommendations about local “must-visit” places. The host is super responsive, kind and understanding! Overall, it was an unforgettable experience at Jo’s place and hopefully we can go there again in the future! we highly recommend it!!
