I wish I could rate this stay 10 stars! After hours check was incredibly easily and the apartment exceeded our expectations. Unbelievable beach front views, location, and stay! Friendly staff and great amenities. This is the only place to stay when visiting the Sunshine Coast. Can’t wait to return!

Penthouse 22 on Alexandra, Private Spa, Sea Views

We loved our stay here! Once you get inside the apartment you are quickly very happy, relaxed and excited for your stay. The couch was very comfortable and so were the beds. The bathrooms seem very nice and clean as well. It did rain everyday we were here but we did not mind, the hot tub in the rain on the rooftop was a highlight. If it was sunny it would be a perfect spot to have lunch upstairs and enjoy the sunshine. Very close to the beach which was great. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone as it’s a little bit of luxury for a great price point. Close to a big shopping centre and a great choice of restaurants within 3km. I can’t wait to go back!

Very nice accommodation. Ron is truly amazing and responsive. The people working at the reception are incredible and very professional. The accommodation is clean, right in the center of Caloundra. The place is quiet, you can have a good night's sleep. I recommend it!

Great place to stay, highly recommend, fantastic view, pools were great and the private spa on roof was a great option too. Apartment had everything we could need. Staff friendly. Close walking access to shops, cafe's and restaurants, beach and great walking paths. We will stay there again, if we get the chance.

Michelle’s place is beautiful and Michelle is a great host, very responsive and helpful. The views are phenomenal and the apartment is spacious and everything you need is onsite or across the road. We had a relaxing stay. The rooftop area is great.

The unit was as described, it was great for our group of 3 ladies as we all had our own room and space, the stairs to get into the unit were a little tricky if your trying to carry esky’s, suitcases etc, inside had everything we needed, was great I could park my car in the lock up garage. Overall I would recommend this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coco Mooloolaba. The apartment was clean and comfortable and perfect for a weekend retreat at the beach. Easy walking distance to beach, shops, and restaurants. Lauren was extremely friendly and helpful at reception and made us feel very welcome. We were so happy with our choice of Coco. The pool and spa were a bonus as was the balcony with ocean views.

Stunning 14th Floor Waterfront Apartment

We stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location and view was great and the apartment was very stylish and cosy. Everything we needed was supplied (laundry and kitchen accessories, etc). Communication with Britt was easy, which made for a lovely stay.

Beautiful area and very comfortable apartment. It is a holiday complex with reception so there is someone around if you have questions. Happy that secure parking was available.

Loved the location, perfect to securely park the car and walk everywhere. Right in the middle of the Mooloolaba strip, shops and restaurants every direction. Also only metres from the beach. Great unit with lots of space and a superb verandah with great views, Loved our stay will be back 👍

Beautifully decorated, comfortable, quiet, clean apartment with a lovely sunny garden. Spacious for 4 guests. Well equipped and great kitchen and bathrooms. Walking distance to everything Mooloolaba has to offer but away from the noise and the crowds. This apartment doesn’t have a sea view but is right across the road from the beach so we were happy! Would highly recommend this place!
