From the start, the host was swift to communicate and continued to do so throughout our stay. The apartment was exactly as described and well equipped. It is in the best location being very central. Within 5-10 minutes walk in any direction you will find heritage and historic sites and buildings as well as social areas. Also super close is the main bus station if you like to get out and explore by public transport. The host was quick to help me when I came across some troubles at the end of my stay and I really appreciate it. I would recommend staying here.

A really nice studio apartment with good privacy and easy self-check-in. I loved the location. It is in the middle of a bazaar which allows you to go out and experience the local market at any time. The host was very nice, had great communication, and was very helpful. He also offered to guide us with our travels to other cities of Nepal which was very nice of him. The only thing that might be a problem for some visitors is that the apartment is not soundproof and being in a market means that you will be woken up early morning by the noise outside.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The accommodation was cozy and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after exploring. The host was attentive and ensured there was always drinkable water available. The kitchen had all the basic utensils, and the bathroom was clean with reliable hot water. The WiFi worked well throughout my stay, which was a big plus. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, with clear instructions provided. The host was great at communication and always responded in a timely manner, making everything hassle-free. The best part was the location—just a 2-minute walk from Patan Durbar Square, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. Overall, I had an amazing time and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nepal!

I had a long-term stay in Bhaktapur from October thru June and living in this Airbnb was perfect. Rajan made me feel like a member of the family, and I felt I had an authentic Nepali experience. Rajan and his family were very responsive to my questions and needs, and communicated well. The room looks exactly like the photos, and was clean, comfortable, and private. Food was great. The Airbnb is in a central location of Bhaktapur and easily walkable to the main sites. Will miss staying with this family and in this homestay. I highly recommend this place for those visiting Bhaktapur!

We had a fantastic time at this homestay. Getting there was a little tricky because the house wasn't located where the airbnb map said it would be. We were able to work this out because our taxi driver called Ramakanta for location details, but I would recommend confirming location while you still have wifi or just having Ramakanta pick you up. The house was architecturally stunning, beautifully decorated, and relaxing. We had the best afternoon naps. Ramakanta and his wife were wonderful hosts, constantly making us feel welcomed and making sure we were fed. Ramakanta is someone who is proud of his family and his village. The feeling of positivity was infectious throughout the whole stay. I definitely recommend this location if you are looking to escape the tourist heavy areas and understand Nepali farm life (but while being catered to and with hot showers). Our jungle walks with Ramakanta were the highlight of our whole trip. I personally was looking for a way to experience Chitwan without contributing to any unethical treatment of animals. Ramakanta offered us real and raw exposure to Chitwan. Overall fantastic stay and a perfect addition to our otherwise "on the grid" Nepal vacation.

Ruhig gelegenes schönes und sauberes Zimmer mit einem tollen Balkon zum See hin 😊 Die Unterkunft liegt etwas nördlicher am See, sodass man sich nicht im direkten Trubel befindet. Die Bars und Restaurant sind aber gut zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. So kann man die Ruhe genießen, tagsüber oder abends aber auch gut an den Aktivitäten rund um Pokhara teilhaben! Timon war außerdem immer gut zu erreichen und hat sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist! in meinen Augen ist er ein sehr guter und flexibler Gastgeber! Ich kann diese Unterkunft also wärmstens weiterempfehlen. 😊
