We had an excellent stay with no issues. Debbie and Peter were great hosts - we were out at the motor racing during the day and we came back to a laid fire ready to go. Very easy communication and such a hassle free place to stay for a large group. Ideal for a large group of people if you want to just stay a bit out of the main Rotorua and Taupo destinations - close enough to go for dinner, relaxing and quiet otherwise. Would definitely look at staying again for future events in Taupo and Rotorua.

We had a nice relaxing stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. It was lovely to be able to see farm animals. We got to go visit the cows. The blueberries were delicious. The beds were comfortable and the rooms a great size. We enjoyed the unique experience. Tempted to come back soon.

Beautiful barn style, accommodates three families easily all with their own bathroom! The line is very luxurious and beds comfy Communication was quick and efficient at very late notice. The place did have a few cobwebs and dust from the road but I think that comes hand and hand with being out in the countryside. Stunning garden outlook to sit and have your morning coffee. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to other families or larger groups with all amenities supplied and a short drive to Te Arai beach. Thank you!

WOW! what a unique place to stay. we loved the barn. very nice beds and great set up. plenty of beds and nice to have a second bathroom and shower. the kids had so much to do! animals to feed, games to play, video games, board games, kids toys, kids books. it was a dream. my kids seriously loved the animals and we appreciated Rory and his family for providing extra food for us to give to the animals. great hosts and great place to stay!

We loved DDOG - our 6 year old daughter was thrilled to see the trampoline outside on the yard when we pulled in and my husband and I have never seen such a beautiful sunrise over the vinyards. And everything in between just splended. Highly recommend checking this place out and doing a bike around the wineries as well!!

If you want a truly peaceful, rejuvenating escape in a beautiful serene location - highly recommend Susans place. Its rustuc, kitchy, full of personality and a great respite from city life. Susan is accomodating, friendly and lets you enjoy the pond and scenery in peace. Added bonus was no cell service at the Barn so we could switch off from the world - however Wifi at Susans house was accessible whenever we wanted (which wasnt that often) and we loved being off the grid for our 3 days. Thank you Susan and Sasha it was such a delight! x

A perfect place for the Marlborough District and close to the Sounds. The Barn Apartment is in a fabulous and quiet garden setting, located in the heart of the vineyards - Renwick a 5 minute drive away with the Village, wineries and restaurants even closer. Andrew is a great host and shared his local knowledge on wineries/restaurants/etc. The apartment is set in the loft of a barn (in name only), was modern, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed including some food essentials in the fridge on arrival. Highly recommended, thank you Andrew and Wendy.

Diese Unterkunft übertrifft alles, was wir bisher erlebt haben. Hier stimmt alles, von der Sauberkeit über die Ruhe bis hin zu Annehmlichkeiten des Anwesens (Pool, Spa, Tennisplatz, Terrassen, Feuerstelle). Anna und Brian sind unglaubliche Gastgeber. Wir kommen wieder.

We had a lovely weekend at this beautiful airbnb. Perfectly located for exploring Martinbrough. The property was clean, comfy and beautifully decorated. We loved sitting outside in the sun reading our books and staring at the grape vines! It was so lovely to be somewhere so quiet. Thanks for having us.

Dee was the most amazing host! We stayed with her during a sad occasion for my family. She was so accomodating and went out of her way to make sure we were looked after. She was understanding when we had extra family members (including our dogs) which meant a lot. Thank you Dee for your manaakitanga! Forever grateful.

An amazing place, great decor. Peaceful setting. Great amnesties. Responsive and friendly host. Really appreciated the touches like passion fruit and apples.

Beautiful cabin with fully equipped kitchen. Bed and pillows were wonderful. Cabin is set in gorgeous gardens with a private backyard just for us! Highly recommend you stay here if you want a break from the noise and business of towns and hotels. The hosts can’t do enough for you.

This is such a wonderful place to stay. So large. Quiet location on the farm. Very pretty. Well organised and nicely clean. Handy to all ammenities

Perhaps would've been nice to meet the host(s) before checkout day, but not a problem... Pleased Finn helped with the bike rack issue.

We had a superb one night stay with Sally and Murray on our way to the Banks Peninsula. They were flexible, helpful and very welcoming. We enjoyed chatting to them, the breakfast was delicious and the garden was a tranquil haven. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful, modern, clean property, perfect for our requirements. Lots of space for children to play outside. And with having the extra accomodation as well as the main house, we had plenty of options that worked well with our Family combinations.

Such a wonderful stay. Only negative is that we couldn’t stay longer! If you’re looking for a home stay away from home, this is your place! We felt like we had checked into an old friend’s place. It’s a lovely home on a gorgeous setting. It ended up raining but Jen was so clever and gave us some alternative ideas which were amazingly fun (and we would never have found them if it hadn’t been for her suggestion). This is a hidden gem for sure!!

The home is spacious but you do not feel disconnected. Beautiful surroundings and well equipt kitchen. The indoor outdoor flow gave as an additional seating area for dinners etc. Fabulous facilities could not think of anything else that would be needed there. Would highly recommend The Red Barn.

A beautiful and peaceful stay in Little River! I wish we could’ve stayed more than one night to enjoy this charming cottage. We appreciated the multitude of kitchen tools and the all the amenities. The location is quiet and the beds extremely comfortable. As others mentioned - fantastic stargazing from the hot tub! We felt lucky to have found this place :)

We had another fantastic stay at this accommodation and we look forward to our next stay in the near future.
