This was my second trip staying at Ashley’s Air BnB. Place was immaculate, comfortable and I enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Thanks you Ashley for accommodating me on the 12 o’clock check out request. This place is well worth the money and I will be staying here again in the future.

This is our second time enjoying this cozy and clean little spot. I have only good things to say about this little guesthouse! It's impeccably clean, and everything you need is right there.

This place is a wonderland: such a peaceful, beautiful oasis . It was a rare treat to be able to walk from our cabin to a serene river within view. There were multiple places to enjoy outside and gorgeous views of the property from the cabin. The cabin was one the of the best stocked bnbs we’ve experienced and filled with character. Natalie was a very attentive, kind host. She even invited our family to come into the goat pin with her after a bunch of baby goats had been born. Kids loved all the sweet baby goats and came back to immediately draw pictures of their favorite goat buddy named “snowflake.” The stairs to the loft are kind of a hybrid between traditional steeps and a latter; very comfortable, but you just need to be mindful of where you are putting your feet (and remind children). Natalie had great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. There are some really sweet little shops close by. We’d love to come back and enjoy their beautiful haven again!

My boyfriend and I had an unforgettable trip here thanks to Penny and Leslie’s gorgeous property. We booked last minute after almost deciding to get a hotel but after reading the stellar reviews for this AirBnb I knew it would be silly not to book. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the charming and affectionate farm cats, dog, and donkey that the barn is named after. You can tell the animals are as well taken care of and loved as the barn. Spending time with them filled us with peace and joy. The pond is also a very short walk from the barn and we enjoyed sitting on the bench swing before we (reluctantly) left. It is so cozy, clean, and unique and the owners are so kind and helpful. We have both been stressed with work and needed a break from city life, this stay was exactly what we needed!

My girlfriend and I had the best stay here! It was peaceful and private. Everything looked exactly like it was on the photos. The dogs were also awesome to meet. We highly recommend this Airbnb, and we’ll hopefully be back one day!

We stayed at this beautiful tiny home cabin for my boyfriends birthday. He had no idea we were coming & it was just simply amazing! We were able to kick back, relax and just enjoy being one with nature. Nature really does heal and I’m so glad I stumbled upon this place. It was truly meant to be & the hosts are just the most sweetest and knowledgeable! We even tried the cool pool outside the house and now I want to engage cold plunging! EVERYTHING was a 10 out of 10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We will be back for sure, Im thinking like at least once a month! ☺️ Thank you Jim & Christine!!!! 😎

The guest house was a wonderful place to stay for families Cindy thought of everything you could need for amenities and it was a perfect location for enjoying Durham Motorcycle Park and some antiquing in Greensboro! Plus the quiet of the surrounding acreage made for a nice relaxing getaway. Thank you for your hospitality and sharing your guest house!

Such a great home in a great location. Close enough to everything at UGA and downtown Athens, but far enough away to have a more homey suburban feel. The beds are super comfortable, the giant sofa (not pictured) is awesome for lounging, all of the provided entertainment (pool table, foosball table etc) is a real bonus and the backyard is so large and private. It is perfect for morning coffee especially with the birds chirping and the deer wandering through. I will definitely book this home again for future trips to Athens.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the home was SO cozy and clean and so well stocked with EVERYTHING we needed (and more!) beds were super comfy and our dog loved the fenced in area. And it was so nice not to have to walk her on chilly mornings and evenings! We were in town to visit family in Athens and it was a short and scenic drive. The couch was HUGE and our daughter slept comfortably on it. The kitchen is AMAZING and we loved cooking breakfast in it (with included eggs and milk!) The place was stocked with dog toys and a blanket for the pup to use on the couch. We would absolutely stay again! We watched deer in the AM and PM and it was so peaceful. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay! The most dog friendly Airbnb EVER!!
