We were a group of 30 ladies, various ages, and we loved our stay!! The house was very clean and it had plenty of space and beds for all of us. It was a great stay, however, I would like to point out to small things. 1) the coffee maker is so slow so if you are a coffee lover, take this into consideration. 2) for such and large house, there is a lack of counter and dinning space. Other thank that it’s a great Airbnb.

This was an AMAZING stay! Our 5 kids had an absolute blast in the pool, and, loved the rooms (and own TV! HA!) The life jackets and pool towels were really helpful, especially for pool and beach days. We loved the large couch and watched a ton of family movies. The kids also really enjoyed all the games provided, especially the large Jenga game :) The location of this home was PERFECT... Easy to get to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Huntington Beach, Irvine. Everything felt like it was within a 20 minutes drive. There's also a local grocery store that we frequented often! Our only wish is that there had been a BBQ, but, otherwise, literally had anything and everything we could have hoped for or needed!

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) stayed at Diana's place and we absolutely loved it. It was about a 11-minute drive to Disneyland and a wonderful respite for us to relax after a long fun day at the parks. Diana's place is quiet, clean, and oh so relaxing. My kids absolutely loved the game room; and we enjoyed the tranquil environment with very comfortable beds. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was fully stocked and there's a beautiful coffee bar that was set up as well that I thought was extremely thoughtful. We had a hiccup with our airlines and ended up needing to stay 1 more night, and Diana accommodated our request. Her quick response alleviated a stressful situation, and I really appreciated it very much. In addition, Diana is very proactive about letting know when the gardener was coming, or when someone was going to come and clean the hot tub, etc.; and thus making us feel very at ease. Diana's place is an absolute gem. Thank you Diana!

This was perfect for our 15 guest vacation. There was plenty of parking in the neighborhood behind the house that provided safe parking that wasn’t right on the Main Street. The host was responsive and helpful instructions, and provided a beautiful place to stay

Great location for walking to the Convention Center. Super clean, and loved that each room had a private bathroom.

Great house and stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the stay. We had a small issue with the internet caused by an AT&T outage and the host called the internet company and checked in with us thoroughly to ensure that we could stream the final four games without issue. The house was clean, airy, not huge but somehow still spacious with a perfect number of beds for our party. Also lots of games to use - honestly the perfect house for a group of adults wanting to chill and play a bit like kids for the night. Highly recommend.

Great house in an established neighborhood close to Disneyland. There were 5 adults and 3 children staying at the house and it was very comfortable! We only had breakfast at the house and spent our days at Disneyland so can't comment on the barbecue or hottub since we didn't get to enjoy the outside area. Would highly recommend staying here if you are going to Disneyland; it's in great proximity to the parks. John and Candy were very responsive when we contacted them regarding an issue with one of the showers.

we had to find a place in a pinch after a flood in our own home and the place was perfect for us! we were able to move in right away and get situated. the place was clean and bright and had everything we needed including a huge backyard! the kids enjoyed our stay and were able to play with their water toys and on the playground in the back yard. the house was very don't and stayed cool with sure conditioning throughout. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone! If you're a late night television watcher, you may want to bring your own television as there are only two tvs the living room and master bedroom, so if your family is used to a tv in every room... come prepared! we loved the place and the communication was excellent even after extending our stay four times 😂😂thank you Kevin!! we will be back!!

The place was comfortable, and as described. The host was very responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, for us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay.

Improvements made to home we stayed at before. Ranch house had everything we needed plus air fryer, rice cooker, electric tea kettle in the kitchen. Roomy living room. 4 good size bedrooms.

The absolute best home and host! This location is perfect in a very safe and secure neighborhood. The host was the most accommodating we’ve ever had! We needed sponges for the kitchen and they brought them to us right away along with a treat for the kids 🩷 The home is perfect for a multiple family stay, lots of kids toys and huge backyard for play! We stayed in Huntington Beach so we could go to the beach and Disneyland. 10 minute drive to the beach & 25 minutes super easy drive to Disneyland! We will absolutely stay here again!

We loved John's house. It was comfortable, convenient, and spacious. John was very responsive and extremely polite. The neighborhood was pleasant and comfortable. The only issue that we would have loved to know is that the backyard backs up to a school. So during the day, the children were very loud and out on the playground.

Nadia and Lee's house was perfect for our group of 7. The location is great and we enjoyed staying at their house very much. House was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. Highly recommend if you're looking for a house in the area. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay at Trung’s place! Trung and the team were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our visit. The check-in and departure process was clear and easy to follow, making everything stress-free. The home was a great find — beautifully decorated, spacious, and perfect for our group of eight adults, a baby, and our pets. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with convenient access to the 405 and 22, which made traveling to nearby areas very easy. Overall, we highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again!

Our family has stayed here several times now! Christopher is a phenomenal host and this home is consistently our favorite place to stay. Great proximity to everything Cali has to offer and very prompt responses from host. Can’t wait for our next stay!

The house was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our dog had a great time playing in the backyard by the pool.

Loved Harold’s place ! The kids are already asking when we’ll be back. We will definitely be staying here when we come back to Anaheim.

We loved our stay! The house was perfectly equipped with everything needed for a home away from home. Brilliant's team was very responsive and totally accomidating. The pool was perfect. If you plan on staying in the spring time, I highly recommend paying the heating fee. We were able to spend the entire day in the pool even in 60 degree weather. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful for a walk or a jog, and stores and restaurants are a local 5-10 minute drive away. We are super thankful for our stay at this beautiful home. Definitely will be back!!

This is our third year renting this home for our annual trip with friends. The location and home are perfect and we love everything about it! It's a short walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. It's clean, has an open floorplan, and a great yard, too!

Beautiful location. Spacious and well maintained. Has a lot of convenient shops and restaurants in the area and a great distance from the Disney parks as well. We unfortunately didn't have a broom or vacuum on-site to help us clean up since we like to leave the spaces as clean as possible but that's a minor thing. I will note, it would have been nice to know ahead of booking that there is an additional $100 fee per day to use the heater for the Spa and/or Pool since a lot of customers are renting facilities with these amenities because they plan on using them. And you were responsible for turning the heat on and off on your own. While the instructions were easy enough to follow, I have experience with pool equipment and not every renter will. Didn't love that.

House was exactly as described. We found it clean and comfortable and had every amenity we needed. I can't think of a single thing I would have liked to have but didn't. There were towels, a coffee maker, extra blankets, etc.
