we loved our stay here! our favorite was the front porch kitties! they were so sweet and friendly! 😻 everything was super cute, clean, and well stocked with anything you would need. It was very comfortable and walking distance to fun and food!

Excellent place for a Family of 6. Dawn provides all the essentials you could possibly need. She is also a fantastic communicator. It’s also an easy and cheap bus ride to the center of town, just a 5 min walk to the bus stop. You can also walk there via the greenway if, like us, you enjoy a healthy urban walk. Thank you Dawn for the great suggestion!

A nice stay in an older house.

We loved staying here with our 3 kiddos during our trip to New Orleans! You can’t beat this location! Quick drive to City Park the zoo, etc., and relaxing on the back deck in the evening watching the boats come in and dock just can’t be beat. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again :)

Great place to stay! So spacious and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood feels safe and was full of families and young adults walking cute dogs. Street parking was super easy. We had zero issues during our stay and would book again!

Shannon's place was exactly what we were looking for with our visit. It was in a great neighbourhood with plenty of things close enough to walk including the Streetcar and it was easy for Uber drivers to find. It is close to the garden district which provided quiet and beautiful walks every night and most mornings. Shannon's place was clean and had everything we needed for our week long visit. Shannon was responsive and helpful and offered recommendations when we asked.

There kitchen was spacious, well furnished. The bedroom was cozy and the bed comfortable. the bathroom clean and nicely decorated. the entire place was interesting architectually and had character. Location was superb, right off Frenchmens Street. This is a great place to stay!

Benjamin was a fantastic host! His house was the traditional New Orleans home. (Reminded us of the house we lived in on n robertson in 1973). There were so many extras not normally provided. Extra paper products, spices, coffee, cleaning products —even real dish cloths, toys for the kids & the list goes on. The location is fantastic !!! 5 minutes to the best restaurants,(also my fave dessert. angelo brocatoicecream. the BEST!) it is close to both City Park & the French Quarter. The neighbors were great. Several act as a neighborhood watch & volunteer to keep the roads & sidewalks picked up. Made us feel welcome & safe! We will definately return!

The location was great for our stay. It was very centrally located to all of the parts of New Orleans that we wanted to see. We were grateful for the blocking off of a parking spot for our rental. We got to see a parade go down the street close to us.

Very impressed Great place to stay! Highly recommendTop notch! Location: We never felt unsafe. Easy 1 mile walk to HOHO stop #5. City bus close, but unreliable. *Gas station/store located just on the corner. Easy 10 min. walk to Whole Foods. Restaurants: Dooky Chase & Nikkei Lzakaya, are close & easy walk. Bedrooms: Beds were very comfortable & we slept great! Lots of closet space with extra blankets. Kitchen: Nicely furnished with dishes & pots and pans. 3 stools for eating at the counter. Bathroom: Great water pressure, great lighting. Towels were large, fluffy, soft & plenty of them! *The soap, shampoo, conditioner were nice to have & good quality. *I appreciated the black makeup washcloths, as it helped to not stain the nice white ones! Living room: Comfortable and decorated. Huge laundry room, additional hanging & storage area. Iron, ironing board & safe provided. Back patio was cute, quiet & cozy! Overall we rate this Airbnb 5 stars! Excellent place to stay!

Great apartment, accurate listing, couldn't be a better location for those wanting walking access to Frenchman Street and French Quarter. Hosts are wonderful too!

We really enjoyed staying at David's place on Magazine street. The accommodations were perfect for two couples. The beds were comfortable and the linens are very nice quality. The living area was comfortable and stylish, and the kitchen well equipped. We really enjoyed the balcony. It's very spacious and great for sitting out at night. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The house was very nice very clean. The house was very responsive fast. The house was in a good neighborhood very quiet. it was very close to everything 11 minutes to Bourbon Street. I definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting Nolla.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming shotgun house in New Orleans for our wedding anniversary! The neighborhood was beautiful, peaceful, and felt very safe. The house was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with every toiletry and necessity you could imagine—truly above and beyond. The bed was sooo comfortable, and the sheets were soft as butter. The decor was tastefully New Orleans-themed—warm, inviting, and full of charm. You can tell a lot of care went into every detail. Street parking was easy and never an issue. Best of all, the location was amazing—everything we wanted to see was within 15 minutes or less. Highly recommend this gem for a relaxing, comfortable, and authentic NOLA stay!

New Orleans is one of my favorite cities. I have visited it many times. This visit (January 2025) was my first time to stay in Mid-City and it won’t be my last! The house is absolutely beautiful and so well done. It even has room for off street parking for two cars. The neighborhood is also beautiful and walkable, friendly, fun, a convenient drive or Uber to other parts of the city. I was there with two dearest soul friends on a new year getaway. We all slept well (comfy beds and linens) and had more than enough room. The heat kept us warm during the cold snap. We could have prepared gourmet meals in the fabulous kitchen but ate out instead because you must go to restaurants when in the Crescent City! This is a 5 star house in a 5 star city! I cannot wait to stay here again. Big thanks to Emily—a terrific host!

We were in town for a family wedding. Four of us enjoyed our stay at Casa Rosa. Plenty of space !! Bathrooms had plenty of soap, shampoo and hair dryers and sun screen also available. Neighborhood was wonderful . Kitchen was well stocked. Everything was new and clean .

Great place to stay. Check in was easy. Germika was helpful with the local recommendations. The place was clean and spacious and accommodated our groups needs. I would stay again.

I chose this place for a girls trip for Mardi Gras since my friend and I haven’t seen each other and awhile and felt we needed a break. This was our first travel experience together in a long time and I must say it was a great experience at both the house, the neighbors were friendly and helpful with great recommendations for food and places to go. I will definitely stay again and Cutie is an amazing host very responsive and proactive on making sure guest are enjoying themselves

We really enjoyed the stay with 2 children. The location was very nice and safe, and able to walk the neighborhood with the kids. Walked to City Park and the Winn Dixie. The place was comfortable nice and clean, with adequate room for 4. The kids enjoyed playing foosball.
