Communication: From the get go , Ruth and Fernando were proactive and explained everything in great detail. They never made me feel as if I was a bother contacting them. Both were helpful , kind , and couldn’t have asked for a better hosts . Location: It is minutes from South Padre Island and a bunch of restaurants. Within a 10 minute drive is HEB, WalMart, more restaurants. The house is located across the street from a park. If you have kids there is plenty to do. Two pools and other amenities. Home: it has everything you need . I feel the only thing I needed was clothes. It’s comforting, clean and beautiful inside. Every bed was super comfortable. Waterfront is nice, we tried fishing but didn't catch anything, got a few bites though. Plan on staying there again. Excellent Hosts.

The Cozy Cottage, Close to Beach, Pet Friendly!

Very easy to check-in, incredibly communicative and responsive host, and great location. We loved our stay at this cottage. A few tips: The A/C will cool down the room FAST so make sure you have it at the right temp or you'll be changing it back and forth. And don't put it on energy saving mode because it will turn off and on a lot which kept me from getting to sleep at first. The TV remote goes a little slow so be patient with it. Also if you're going for a walk on the beach, use Maps! If you just try to walk straight to it you'll run into fences and boundaries before you get there, my gf and I got a little confused. Coffee Waves is an EXCELLENT spot for breakfast and is very close. We also loved skydiving at Mustang skydive. All in all, loved this place. Very peaceful and cozy. Will definitely stay here again.

Waterfront Cottage & Private Pier on the Laguna

We had a wonderful time! Everything was five star except the price, but I’m sure that is the going rate. We just typically don’t stay at any places on the water and are typically very , lol. Glad we booked it and it was worth what we paid. We had access to their kayaks, John boat and pier and that made the trip. It was a quiet neighborhood and we had no issues. The hosts were super helpful with recommendations and communication after the trip. The place had everything we needed to grill fish at the house And prepare food that we brought for lunch and breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We spent most of our time outside, though. Use of the pin fish trap and crab trap and live bait bucket were a bonus. We would like to stay here again.

Green Jay Cottage

We were in the valley for a birding trip, so the Green Jay cottage was a perfect place for us. Upon arrival we immediately saw a buff bellied hummingbird cruising the grounds. We also really enjoyed the feeders and nature trails through the property to the lake access/dock. It’s very private and peaceful and there is no one else on the property. The cottage is small but a good size for a small group. We thought it was very clean and well kept and had many nice touches. Will definitely stay there again if we’re in the area!

Laughing Seagull Cottage

What an awesome place!! So much room and everything so nice. 2 master bedrooms with separate bathrooms is such a nice treat Great place for family and friends. We’ve been down last three years and will definitely come back. Cynthia is so responsive and a pleasure to work with. Great parking and easy access to town and marina. Beach is just down the road. Port A is a favorite with white sands and clear water. Fishing is awesome too.

Daniel was very responsive and accommodating being we booked last minute(same day). The house and property are lovely. Everyone was very friendly during our walks. The driveway can even accommodate a dually truck. Would highly recommend =]

Beautiful Vacation Cottage Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. It was Spring Break and Port A was a bit crowded, but the location of this airbnb was close to everything. The big bathroom was very spacious and allowed several of us to do our make-up at the same time. This is very important when you have to get ready for the beach or dinner.

La Casita - your own private Cottage on the Resaca

Nancy met us in person at her place and explained thoroughly about local restaurants and things to do. We truly enjoyed the hot tub and all 3 swimming pools. When we arrived she had set out a few welcome snacks and a few homey decorations for Christmas. We most definitely will see be returning and look forward to being her guests once again. 💖

Sea Cottage- Waterfront home

We stayed here the week after Christmas Day and it was perfect for us and our two sons to have a little getaway before getting back to work after the holidays. The house was amazing; spacious, comfortable, super clean, had everything we needed! We utilized the community amenities daily! The hot tubs and heated pool were perfect for a December vacation! Jessica and her husband were great as well. We didn’t need anything, but they were sure to reach out and make sure we were good to go. We will definitely be back!

One of the best - if not the best… Airbnb’s - I have ever stayed at. Lupita’s place was immaculate!! Beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and she literally thought of every detail one would need to feel like you were at home. I will definitely book again!!

Costa Bella Sea Cottage

The home is super clean and cozy. All furnishings, linens, beds, bathrooms, kitchen utensils were fresh and seemed new. You can literally fish and kayak off the back deck. Strong WiFi if you need to get work done, a nice smart tv for rainy days, and a great place to watch a launch is just a few steps from the front door. To top it off the hosts are very friendly and accommodating. It was a great stay and we will be back.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better. We enjoyed the LIV amenities and the views from the deck were stunning, providing the perfect spot to relax and take in the surroundings. The home was as described and as the photos showed. Our host was easy to contact and very responsive. We arrived an hour early and was kindly allowed to check in early. I recommend this home and would definitely stay there again.

The house was awesome, very spacious. It was beyond our expectations. They had everything you could possibly need, lots of thought put into their airbnb. The yard was spectacular and private. The location was close to the wildlife refuge, close enough to a town. The host was very flexible and allowed us to modify our reservation. A great place to stay if you plan on visiting South Padre Island or Boca Chica.

Waterfront Palm Tree Cottage

I loved this place! It was the perfect size for my family of four. My boys had their own room and restroom on one side of the home. My sister and her son stopped by for one night and they slept on the sofa bed, it was as comfortable as a sofa bed can be. I’ve been renting at LIV for 18 years now and this home has been my favorite so far. The kitchen was very nice, but I would suggest new pots and pans. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit, I was able to wash wet suits and towels after our days at the beach and pool. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and reading. The ceiling fan made it very comfortable to sit out in the 90 degree weather. I would definitely rebook in the future!

Martha’s home was amazing! Great out door space. We spent most of our time out there. Beds were comfortable. Lots of fans to keep cool. All in all a great experience. Loved the amenities. Such a cute but tough little par three. We really had a lot of fun!

Smelled wonderful when we walked in! Clean and convenient. Neighbor behind is close but the privacy fence was nice. We liked the private pool, the heater was out while we stayed but we still enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend for a small family!!

The host was amazing and thought of everything. If you needed anything they were very responsive and respectful. The home and outdoor area are stunning, clean, and peaceful.
