Splendid rooftop terrace in the heart of village

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely home, hosted by Jonathan. The space was as described and honestly better in person. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good mattresses and linens, the kitchen has everything and more you could need for preparing meals. The beach equipment and towels was an added bonus. As everyone else has mentioned, the view from the balcony and primary bedroom are simply stunning. The village is so quiet and it makes the perfect place for a quiet retreat and to explore the many amazing beaches and local are which are within easy reach with a car. Jonathan was always super responsive and had great local recommendations, his website with a ton of information was also super helpful. We would certainly love to return, this has to be one our favourite stays and suited our family of four perfectly.

Rent Villa with pool surrounded by olive trees

Accueil très chaleureux de Maria et son mari, qui nous a fait visiter et donner toutes les explications pour notre séjour. Très gentille attention avec de l'eau, des sodas et de la bière au frais. Les propriétaires habitent sur place mais sont d'une très grande discrétion et très serviables pour répondre à nos demandes. Vraiment un très bon séjour, encore un grand merci à Maria et son mari.

La casa è ben situata, a qualche minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia e vicina ai servizi necessari, per esempio un minimarket, un bar e dei ristoranti, proprio accanto. Se si è a piedi, come nel mio caso, da Olbia si arriva in bus con un cambio a Siniscola, la Caletta e Posada, i centri più vicini, sono raggiungibili in bus, 25 minuti a piedi per la Caletta. La veranda fuori è piacevole, l'appartamento è fornito di tutto quello che è indicato nell'annuncio.. Ero sola, ho soggiornato qui per 9 giorni e mi sono trovata molto bene. Luna è stata accogliente e disponibile per le indicazioni. Mi piacerebbe ritornare e stare più a lungo. Grazie di tutto!

Spacious Family & Group Getaway

The place is very spacious and great for a family trip. Alessandra and Giuseppe are very friendly and welcoming. There are many restaurants and stores in the neighborhood and few minutes driving to the airport and city center of Olbia. If you are traveling in a group that is an excellent option.

Notre séjour a été très agréable dans la maison de Paola, nous avons tout ce qu’il faut à disposition dans la maison… Jouets de plage pour les enfants, vélos, une magnifique terrasse au calme et une douche extérieur très appréciable au retour de la plage. Le village est à 10min de marche ou 5min en vélo tout comme l’accès à la plage. La plus grande ville Olbia est à 10min de route pour pourvoir faire plus de courses et surtout profiter des nombreux restaurants et autres activités. Je vous conseille sans hésiter ce logement.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und wenn wir uns vom Blick von der Terrasse lösen konnten, ein guter Ausgangspunkt um mit unserem Mietwagen die Umgebung zu erkunden. Echt zu empfehlen!
