There was no kitchen in the unit. Bibisch let me know that right away, so it didn’t look exactly like the photos. I’m guessing the hurricane last Fall caused some damage. You would never know tho. We could tell it was freshly painted. Nice, comfortable bed. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars and the beach. We’ll be back!

We completely enjoyed our stay and we'd love to come again! The pictures on the listing are accurate. The hosts were always available and very helpful. We wanted to watch the Oscars one night and we couldn't navigate the TV, so Kelsey came right over and set it up ...she went above and beyond! for us.

Aaron's place was lovely, not ostentatious, comfortable and with LARGE screen TV's! Loved the bracelets that afford us entry easily.

Best location you can find in Clearwater Beach! Literally steps from the ocean. Host provided beach chairs and towels which was appreciated. Unit has very good AC, central and wall units. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

Cody stayed very communicative for the whole time. Place is clean, quiet, convenient, we ended up staying week longer than we planned. We asked for some last minutes accommodation and he was very helpful and happy to answer and assist with our needs.

My sister, father and I had a wonderful stay. The condo is just like the pictures. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the place is very clean. The balcony was awesome. We saw many dolphins from the balcony. The sunsets were beautiful.

Perfect location for relaxing at the beach. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach, everything as described, very clean, well stocked kitchen. Absolutely nothing I would change.

We stayed post-hurricane Milton. We were made aware of some damage, but we were not too concerned with that. We had just left our flooded home and needed a place to decompress and plan our next moves. We decided to brave it out on the beach, and had this been a vacation, this house would have been perfect—just steps from a public beach access path and two blocks from Johns Pass Village.

This is the second year we stayed here & love it even more! Not only is the house itself great, the best parts are the pool and walking just around the corner to the beach! This was the ultimate spot for our little girls and the grandparents to share! The washer and dryer is a huge plus traveling with kids! Pretty sure we will be back yearly! Steve is great at reaching out and making sure you have all that you need!

This place was even better than we could have expected. There was 8 of us staying here and we still felt we had more than enough space. The house is the perfect distance from the beach and cute restaurants/ areas to just walk around. The lower level was the perfect addition with the projector and different games that really made our trip. We spent a lot of our trip in the house due to the less than ideal weather but had no complaints because of how perfect and cute this spot was. The host was friendly and responsive which also made the experience nice. Overall would 100% recommend it, I would even stay here again!

Excellent location, safe and just across the street from a nice beach. Walkable to restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed our stay with 4 teens. Would recommend.

House was awesome! Our first airbnb experience and it was a homerun! House was exactly as described, and very clean! Neighborhood was quite, and private. Pool was amazing. Also the provided toiletries, kitchen tools and extras, and extra linens were great. Marianela y Carlos were great hosts and we enjoyed our stay!

This place is absolutely beautiful. The home is full of character, wood floors, sash windows, it’s lovely. Plenty of room for a large family. And right on the beach. It’s amazing. We all loved our stay here & would highly recommend it.

Beautiful place to stay. Loved the layout. Host was extremely responsive and gave check in instructions the week prior which I really appreciated. Made it that much easier to know we’d be able to get right in. We did a lot of cooking with littles and had to make do with the single egg skillet. Normally we stay on the beach but bc of spring break pricing we stayed here on other side of gulf blvd. The road is loud so sitting on the balcony isn’t as peaceful as I’d hoped. Although you can see the ocean between the buildings which was a surprising plus! Would absolutely stay at a beach time rentals location again.

This is an amazing location-right across from the beach with water view in the back! My husband fished off the dock every day, we saw dolphins multiple times, and there were pelicans daily. Coffee on the balcony watching the water and sunrise was wonderful. We had so much fun playing ping pong in the outdoor space. It’s quiet at night. The condo was cute, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Dave was attentive to all our needs and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Dave’s place and would book this again.

We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to go back! Everything was exactly as described in the listing and our favourite part was the location to the beach to catch all the stunning sunsets!

For an older building the unit was well maintained and was right on the beach and close to many restaurants as well as a grocery store.

We were a group of 5 women, we had a fabulous time! Plenty of amenities for 5 people except for beach chairs which were available to rent on the beach. We had an issue with the dryer not working so we weren't able to do any laundry which was a small issue. I reported it to Franca and she replied right away that she was going to schedule someone to come look at it but never heard anything back from her after that. To get to the beach from the condo you need to go through a gate that is locked at the pool and then through another gate to get to the beach. Otherwise you have to walk around the front and down the public beach access. There were only 2 keys so that was an issue, maybe a lock with a code would be more helpful? All in all the condo was everything that was advertised. Thank you Franca for sharing your home!

This condo was a beautiful place to stay right on the beach. The view from the condo was spectacular. The unit has a big balcony including an alcove protected from wind and rain to still enjoy the view of the ocean. Inside the condo, the beds were very comfortable, and the unit was very clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed for a relaxing few days on the beach. Peter was very responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back to stay again in the future.

My friends and I had a fantastic time! The location was excellent for us snowbirds! The place was nicely decorated and peaceful. We were glad to see that the space accommodated my friend’s walker. The kitchen was well equipped to cook our homemade meals. We watched the sunrise from the balcony. The beach was a three-minute walk- perfect for a quiet morning walk and to watch the sunset in the evening. Donna, the host, was responsive to my phone calls whenever I had questions. We created great memories. Thank you.

This place is in such a gorgeous setting. I’m a linen snob and I highly approve of their bed linens. The host communicated fast and had the washer replaced quickly he realized it had gone out before our stay. We had the best time as a family of 6 and will certainly be back! The closet FULL of beach toys helped us to not have to pack so much. My favorite part was watching the dolphins in the water from the living room couch.

We are very familiar with the Indian Shores area having stayed at a variety of locations between Treasure Island and Sand Key. We felt that Susan and Victor's information was accurate as we found '9B Shore Haven' to be exactly as it was listed. The pictures are clear and they give you a great look into what you're hoping to find in an accommodating rental. Two bedrooms with a comfortable king-sized bed in the master bedroom, two full bathrooms, three televisions, a fully equipped kitchen, an extra long deck with plenty of seating and tables and a washer and dryer for your convenience. This property is not beachfront, but there is a partial gulf view from the deck. Don't let a preferred beachfront rental steer you away...the owners supply up-to-date beach chairs and the walk to the beautiful soft, white-sanded beach of the Gulf on a brand new boardwalk is just footsteps away. Communication is important and we found the owners to be extremely helpful. We hope to return in 2026!
