très chouette appartement plage pas loin! Notre séjour c'est très bien déroulé 😊

Winter stay. House was cold but quickly heaten up with conditioner. Heating floor in the bathroom works fine, don't forget to turn it on right after arrival. Internet isn't fastest which is expected in remote place but stable and speed is just enough to watch youtube comfortably on the telly. There's separate bed for the child and good enough bed for two. It's very warm on the second floor once house is heaten. Milorad is very friendly and responsive and made living christmas tree close to the house. Best thing (for us) was to have 3 cats and one dog at the territory. Two of cats are still kittens and they aren't behaving, so be careful with food near them - they will go for it no matter how good they fed already. They are fluffy and friendly and dog is playful. There is good hiking route nearby though during winter it's buried under snow (we had up to 30cm on the path). Overally great stay 12/10.

Absolutely amazing, this place can't be described in other way that's not a jewel. To anyone who would like a warm, cozy, impecable place; this is your place.!

Super cozy place, great location to stay in Žabljak it's in a peaceful corner with nice view of the mountains. Spaso and his family were super welcoming and caring! Nice experience. The wood stove provides more than enough heat for the whole place!

We had an amazing stay at this newly built well-maintained apartment in Durmitor. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures—if not even better! The host was incredibly attentive, resolving any issues we had promptly and was always available when we needed assistance. Though we were two friends, this place would be perfect for a family with kids or two to three couples. The kitchen was lovely, the wooden floors gave the home a warm and cozy feel, and the rooms were all heated with breathtaking views from the windows. There’s plenty of parking available (though there’s no paved pathway yet, so it can get a bit muddy in the rain, but we simply took off our shoes at the entrance). There’s another apartment on the lower floor, but we didn’t notice any noise at all. The location is just 3 minutes from Žabljak and close to the scenic panoramic road, which is perfect for starting treks. We t

We enjoyed our time so much! The cozy house in a beautiful place with a great view on Durmitor. Beautiful nature around, clean air - we felt like living our best life outside the city. Everything you may need is accessible in Žabljak town, 10-15 minutes walking to reach market, supermarket, restaurants. Milica and Milan are very nice persons, they are always helpful and responsive. They will provide you the best recommendations like what to see, where to go. Strongly recommend!
