We had a lovely stay at LiVi’s place at the santa marina resort! First the resort’s amenities were fantastic (especially when traveling with two kids). Tons of fun things to do for us and the kids, great restaurants, great service in addition to the spa and the store that we found particularly helpful! Livis place was clean and neat and she made sure we were doing ok and we had what we need at all time. We needed a couple of extra items and she went out of her way to make sure our needs were met. I particularly appreciated LiVi’s communication. She was helpful but not overbearing. That’s my kind of host. Great place for a couple or young family. Highly recommend, you won’t regret it! Kids never wanted to leave and that says it all!

The apartment has an amazing view, welcoming host, helped us with everything we needed. We had all the amenities included. The apartament looks even better than the pictures. Overall, it was a very beautiful experience, we had a great stay.

Yana was amazing host. She was kind and flexible with arrival - since arriving with a kid is always a challenge 😁 She helped and answered all the questions throughout our week long stay and she even sent us a hairdryer we forgot behind in the apartment.

The apartment is perfect and have everything you need, even for a long stay. The terrace is amazing and the view is stunning. Olga is very nice and helpful. The complex is great, especially with kids: no cars, pools, playgrounds, direct access to the beach. Even if the apartment is located in the highest part of the complex, we have always managed to be carried in golf cars up to the apartment, which was very helpful, especially with kids. I would love to come back!

I had an amazing stay that unfortunatly only lasted 3 months. The staff is very helpful and friendly on the resort. The restaurant at the resort was very good and well priced. The internet was very fast and stable. Would recommend for sure!

Logement très accueillant agréable, propre. Le défaut était le bruit des pompes à chaleur du magasin d'à côté. sinon, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, proche du vieux centre de Nesebar. Greta est très réactive. on recommande.

Хочу подякувати за чудові апартаменти! Красива та зручна квартира зі усіма зручностяма. усе відповідає опису, та навіть більше! Про територію самого комплексу взагалі мовчу - це щось особливе. Якщо чесно ми навіть не гуляли всюди)) Великим плюсом є те що поруч є всі необхідні магазини та на території самого комплексу є ресторанчики та піцерія, а в 15 хв ходьби Лідл(ціни набагато нижче ніж у маленьких магазинчиках) Так до моря потрібно трішки пройтись, нам з 3 дітками це займало десь 10-15 хв, але я це вважаю плюсом, адже набагато тихіше ніж на перших лініях. При можливості обов*язково повернемося! Ще раз дякуємо все було супер!!!

Алексей е много готин пич...Наистина мястото е много тихо ,комплексът е красив ,с хубав басейн и зеленина... близко е до най-хубавият плаж на Созопол...Смокиня.А пък за апартамента...само ще кажа ,че все едно си бяхме у дома

The apartment is nice, we had a nice vacation. The beach is wonderful, only thing be prepared to pay about 15€ a day, or bring your umbrella and stay at the free zone beach.

Любезен домакин, а мястото е прекрасно- има абсолютно всичко, от което бихте се нуждаели по време на престоя си. Терасата е страхотна, гледката, която се открива също. Всичко беше наистина чисто, подредено, със сигурност бихме посетили отново!

Am stat 2 săptămâni și nu am regretat nici o clipă alegerea făcută. Apartamentul spațios situat la parter dotat cu toate cele necesare și o terasă confortabilă de care am profitat din plin în fiecare seară. Amplasare comodă chiar în centrul stațiunii aproape de plajă și alee dar în același timp un loc liniștit potrivit pentru o familie cu copii. Parcarea comodă in imediata apropiere a hotelului (cu plată). Angelique a fost mereu prietenoasă și receptivă. Cu siguranță vom mai reveni.

Great place and neiborhood. You must meet with Cristofer, if you coming by the plane - he can drive you to the place and show around. We had some issues we the electronic lock, so I would ask for the key. A curtain in the main bathroom could be nice. For the WiFi you need to be close to the router. The place exactly as in the pictures, dishwasher wasn't mentioned, but its there! Overall great experience!

S ubytovaním sme boli veľmi spokojný. Celý komplex bol veľmi pekný a čistý. Mária bola perfektný hostiteľ. Radi sa vrátime do tohto ubytovania keď ešte niekedy navštívime Sunny Beach.

Great apartment, great resort, looks like the photos, the gardeners are always there trimming the hedges or mowing the lawn so that everything is looking great. Fully equipped apartment, spacious and comfy.

as soon as you arrive at Joanna's you feel right at home, the place is clean with all amenities, the pool is right outside and you could cone empty handed and still have everything for a beach vacation. thank you for receiving us a 3rd time!

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, making it suitable for families or couples who prefer to cook. Отличная квартира, все удобства, чисто, локация - супер, все в нескольких минутах ходьбы. Хозяин очень внимательный и при этом тактичный, его присутствие ощущали только когда это было нам нужно. Единственная (впрочем обычная для многих городских центров) проблема - отсутствие парковки рядом (даже 3-4 минутная разгрузка и погрузка вызывала проблемы и раздражение соседей).

Did stay here for ~10 days in august. Easy and comfortable check-in without day time limits. Apartment is nice and well equipped with everything you need for long stay. Comfortable location with a number of pools of all kinds in the neighbourhood. Car free territory makes it peaceful, cousy and safe for kids. Sea is nice with a great beach not so far, which was not too overcrowded in the august. I would stay here again.

I and my family had wonderful time at the house. It is very good equipped with everything you may need. Sozopolis holiday village is very beautiful and quiet, with a big pool, and is close to the sea. We enjoyed walks in the village.
